一、本校執行教育部115年度教學實踐研究計畫區域基地計畫，為建構基北區大專校院跨校支持網絡，特與國立臺灣海洋大學共同辦理活動。期透過區域基地模式，推動教師支持系統，邀請深耕AI與教育、社會情緒學習（SEL）及海洋教育領域之專家學者，分享AI工具應用趨勢、社會情緒學習與海洋教育議題融入課程設計之實務經驗，協助教師掌握AI工具的應用技巧以及梳理社會情緒學習（SEL）及海洋教育議題之核心概念，落實以學生為核心之教學實踐研究任務。
二、活動資訊
(一)活動名稱：智慧導引心航道：AI、SEL 與海洋教育的教學研究藍圖。
(二)活動時間：115年6月22日(一) 至23日(二)上午9時30分至下午4時20分。
(三)活動地點：國立臺灣海洋大學行政大樓2樓第二演講廳(基隆市中正區北寧路2號)、和平島、國立海洋科技博物館。
(四)活動議程(Day1)：
1、主題一：教學實踐研究計畫現況與未來發展。講師：教學實踐研究計畫協同主持人—陳宏彰副教授。
2、主題二：教學實踐研究計畫申請重點—以大學社會責任專案為例。講師：大學社會責任專案召集人—蔡匡忠教授。
3、主題三：教學實踐研究計畫申請重點—以情緒健康與福祉專案為例。講師：情緒健康與福祉專案召集人—陳明柔教授。
4、主題四：智能導航：AI工具在學習、教學、研究與行政的多面向運用。講師：君邑資訊有限公司—王錦宏內容總監。
5、主題五：從「心」開始：社會情緒學習（SEL）融入教學設計及應用。講師：國立臺灣師範大學教育學系—陳佩英優聘教授。
(五)活動議程(Day2)：
1、主題一：從研究典範轉移到教學現場：AI時代海洋教育的高等教育教學實踐想像。講師：國立臺灣海洋大學師資培育中心—張正杰教授。
2、主題二：教學實踐研究計畫經驗分享。講師：國立臺北大學社會工作學系—劉素芬助理教授、國立臺北科技大學材料及資源工程系—徐曉萱副教授、國立臺北教育大學數學暨資訊教育學系—顏榮泉副教授、國立臺灣海洋大學應用經濟研究所—蕭堯仁教授、臺北醫學大學通識教育中心—林美宏副教授。
3、實地參訪(路線一)：海洋文化與歷史圖像化應用-和平島400年。帶隊教師：國立臺灣海洋大學教育研究所—嚴佳代副教授。食魚教育講師：野海子食魚教室—楊恭一先生。
4、實地參訪(路線二)：海洋科技實作與應用。帶隊教師：國立臺灣海洋大學師資培育中心—張正杰教授。場域導航專家：國立海洋科技博物館—葉佳承助理研究員。

1、為確保活動品質及因場地座位有限，即日起截至6月8日(一)中午12時，限額70人，額滿即截止報名。報名截止後將統一寄發「錄取通知信」，以確認出席名單，敬請留意相關信件通知。
2、為避免浪費免費研習資源及為避免影響他人權益，如師長因故不克出席，請於活動前5日來信告知，以利備取者依序遞補。
(七)本次活動設有接駁專車，路線為南港高鐵站往返國立臺灣海洋大學，行經住宿飯店，接駁指引待報名錄取後以信件方式通知。
(八)本次活動提供部分住宿名額(6月22日住宿1晚)，將以所屬學校位於北北基以外縣市之教師，且全程參與兩日活動者優先補助(不保證提供住宿)。
(九)全程參與者：將核發電子式參與證明一份。
(十)參與對象：各公私立大專校院教師及對本活動有興趣參與者。

**I. Purpose of the Event**
In accordance with the Ministry of Education is 2026 Teaching Practice Research Project Regional Base Program, this university is committed to establishing a cross-institutional support network among higher education institutions in the Taipei-Keelung region. To this end, we are collaborating with National Taiwan Ocean University to organize this event. Through the regional base model, we aim to promote a teacher support system and invite experts specializing in AI and education, Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), and marine education to share practical experiences on integrating AI tools, SEL, and marine education topics into curriculum design. This initiative will assist educators in mastering the application of AI tools and clarifying the core concepts of SEL and marine education, thereby fulfilling the mission of student-centered teaching practice research.
