為落實本校培育具慈濟人文服務精神之專業人才教育目標，推動本校教職員生積極參與社會志願活動以培養服務利他風氣，並鼓勵校內師生自組服務團隊，協助志工團隊完成基礎訓練及特殊教育訓練取得志願服務紀錄冊，辦理特殊訓完訓後，團隊成員未持有志願服務紀錄冊之學生，須完成志願服務手冊申請。特辦理114-2學期志工服務團隊申請特殊訓補助，申請說明如下：
壹、申請期限：依公告日起至115年3月16日止
貳、申請對象及方式
一、申請對象：本校志工團隊。
二、申請方式：為整合本校志願服務相關資訊，校內各志願服務團隊得填具志願服務團隊申請表（如附件）。
三、補助項目：補助辦理特殊教育訓練講師鐘點費及講師交通費。
四、配合事項：
申請經費補助團隊須於校內公告課程及開放校務系統研討活動報名，開放讓校內師生參加。
完成相關基礎、特殊訓練，將核發志願服務手冊。
各志工服務服務團隊開始志工服務後，可提供相關佐證資料，並由服務學習組協助登錄志工服務時數。

To fulfill the university's educational goal of cultivating professional talents imbued with the spirit of Tzu Chi humanitarian service, and to encourage faculty, staff, and students to actively participate in social volunteer activities, thereby fostering a culture of service and altruism, the university encourages the formation of service teams by its members. These teams are supported in completing foundational and specialized training to obtain a Volunteer Service Record Book. For students who have not yet received the Volunteer Service Record Book after completing specialized training, it is mandatory to apply for the Volunteer Service Handbook. In this regard, the university is now accepting applications for the Special Training Subsidy for Volunteer Service Teams in the 114-2 semester. The application guidelines are as follows:
**I. Application Period:**
From the date of this announcement until March 16, 115.
**II. Eligibility and Application Process:**
1. **Eligible Applicants:** Volunteer teams affiliated with the university.
2. **Application Method:** To consolidate relevant volunteer service information, all volunteer service teams within the university may complete the Volunteer Service Team Application Form (see attachment).
3. **Subsidy Items:** Subsidies will cover the honorarium and travel expenses for lecturers conducting specialized training sessions.
4. **Required Cooperation:**
- Teams applying for financial subsidies must announce the course on campus and open registration for the activity through the university's administrative system, allowing faculty and students to participate.
- Upon completion of the relevant foundational and specialized training, the Volunteer Service Handbook will be issued.
- After commencing volunteer service, each volunteer service team may submit supporting documents, and the Service-Learning Unit will assist in logging volunteer service hours.
