主旨：為辦理115學年度國立高級中等學校校長遴選，請惠予推薦學者專家名單並依說明事項辦
理，請查照。
說明：
一、查高級中等學校校長遴選聘任及辦學績效考評辦法第2條規定：「(第1項) 各該主管機關辦
理公立高級中等學校校長遴選，應召開遴選委員會(以下簡稱遴選會)。(第2項)公立高級中
等學校校長遴選會置委員9人至15人，就下列人員聘(派)兼之：一、各該主管機關代表。
二、學者專家。三、公立高級中等學校校長代表1人。四、與各該主管機關同級並合法立案
之教師組織、家長團體代表各1人。……。(第3項)前項第2款學者專家，由各該主管機關就
教師組織、家長團體、高級中等學校校長團體及設有教育系、所之大學推薦二倍以上人數
之參考名單中擇聘之。……(第5項)公立高級中等學校校長遴選會任一性別委員，應占委員總
數三分之一以上。……。」
二、為辦理114學年度國立高級中等學校校長遴選作業，請貴單位依上開第2項第4款規定推薦單
位代表5名，並請依上開第3項規定推薦6至12名學者專家名單。另依上開第5項規定，為促
進性別地位之實質平等，任一性別之校長及學者專家請勿低於推薦人數的三分之一。
三、為應遴選需要，前開校長代表推薦名單請提供姓名、性別、服務學校及聯絡資訊(含連絡電
話、手機、E-Mail)，學者專家推薦名單請提供姓名、性別、服務單位及職稱、學歷、經
歷簡述、聯絡資訊(含連絡電話、手機、E-Mail、傳真、地址)及專長領域，並請於114年
12月26日(星期五)前彌封逕寄至本部國民及學前教育署人事室陳欣妤小姐(臺中市霧峰區
中正路738之4號)，並將可編輯電子檔逕寄至e-p146@mail.k12ea.gov.tw，本部將循行
政程序擇聘之。有任何疑義請洽04-37061518陳小姐。
四、檢附學者專家推薦名單表格1份。
Subject: Regarding the Recommendation of Scholars and Experts for the Selection of Principals of National Senior High Schools in the 115th Academic Year
Explanation:
1. According to Article 2 of the "Regulations on the Selection, Appointment, and Performance Evaluation of Principals of Senior High Schools," it is stipulated as follows:
- (1) The competent authority shall convene a Selection Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) when selecting principals for public senior high schools.
- (2) The Committee shall consist of between nine and fifteen members, appointed from the following categories:
- Representatives from the competent authority.
- Scholars and experts.
- One representative from the association of principals of public senior high schools.
- One representative each from a teacher organization and a parent organization at the same administrative level as the competent authority and duly registered.

- (3) For the category of scholars and experts mentioned above, the competent authority shall select from a list of candidates recommended by teacher organizations, parent organizations, associations of principals of senior high schools, and universities with departments or institutes of education. The number of candidates recommended shall be at least double the number required. ...
- (5) In any Committee for the selection of principals of public senior high schools, members of either gender shall constitute at least one-third of the total membership. ...
2. In order to proceed with the selection process for principals of national senior high schools in the 114th academic year, your unit is requested to recommend five representatives in accordance with Paragraph 4 of Article 2 above. Additionally, please recommend between six and twelve scholars and experts in accordance with Paragraph 3 above. Furthermore, in compliance with Paragraph 5 above, to promote substantive gender equality, neither gender shall be represented by fewer than one-third of the total number of recommended principals and scholars/experts.
3. To meet the requirements for selection, please provide for each principal representative their name, gender, affiliated school, and contact information (including office phone, mobile phone, and E-Mail). For each scholar/expert recommendation, please provide their name, gender, affiliated institution and title, academic qualifications, brief professional experience summary, contact information (including office phone, mobile phone, E-Mail, fax number, and address), and area(s) of expertise. All recommendations must be sealed and submitted directly to Miss Chen Hsin-Yu at the Personnel Division of the Department of National and Early Childhood Education under this Ministry (No. 738-4 Zhongzheng Road, Wufeng District, Taichung City), by Friday, December 26, 2025. Additionally, editable electronic files should be sent directly to e-p146@mail.k12ea.gov.tw. This Ministry will proceed with appointments according to administrative procedures.
