As the local monkeypox (Mpox) epidemic is still at a plateau stage, and personnel exchanges and travel are frequent during the summer vacation, there is a continuous risk of epidemic transmission. Please pay attention to prevention and control knowledge and risk awareness.
Monkeypox (Mpox) vaccination target:
1. Risky sexual behavior in the past 1 year (for example: multiple sexual partners, sex trade service providers, sexual behavior in business places, etc.)
2. Have had an STD in the past
3. Those who have sexual contact with any of the above situations
The CDC has purchased vaccines for county and city health bureaus to expand vaccination services. For a list of cooperative medical institutions, see https://gov.tw/3SG. Those who meet the vaccination requirements are encouraged to make an appointment for vaccination at cooperative medical institutions.
