轉花蓮慈濟醫院研究倫理委員會公告：
因IRB舊系統(iIRB)容量已達極限，本會預計115/10/24開始刪除2020/12/31前已結案之案件資料。若需要留存送審文件及核准函者，請於115/10/23前登入系統下載(請參閱附件)。
目前尚在執行中計畫及2021/1/1之後才結案之案件，不受影響。

Announcement from the Institutional Review Board (IRB), Hualien Tzu Chi Hospital:
Due to the storage capacity of the current IRB system (iIRB) reaching its limit, the Board plans to delete records of cases that were closed on or before December 31, 2020, starting from October 24, 2026. Researchers who need to retain submitted documents and approval letters are requested to log in to the system and download them by October 23, 2026 (please refer to the attachment for details).
Ongoing projects and cases closed after January 1, 2021, will not be affected.
