一、本校已開放線上版在學證明功能於學生資訊系統，同學可透過系統自行列印中文在學證明。
二、申請路徑:學生資訊系統→教務處註冊組→各項文件申請單→自行列印－線上在學證明書。
三、此在學證明僅證明學生在學身份，不做其他用途，如有偽造、變造或不當使用，當事人自負相關法律責任。
四、如因特殊需求須申請由註冊組開立之在學證明，請另依原申請方式辦理，每份工本費新臺幣20元。
I. The university has enabled the online issuance of Certificates of Enrollment within the Student Information System. Students may now print their own Chinese-language Certificates of Enrollment directly through the system.
II. Application Path: Student Information System → Office of Academic Affairs, Registration Section → Application for Various Documents → Self-Printing – Online Certificate of Enrollment.
III. This certificate serves solely as proof of current student status and is not intended for any other purposes. Any forgery, alteration, or improper use of this document shall be the sole legal responsibility of the individual involved.
IV. Students with special requirements who necessitate a physical certificate issued by the Registration Section must follow the original application procedures. A processing fee of NT$20 per copy will be charged.
