一、115年10月7日第138次校務會議通過以下法規：
●慈濟大學校務會議設置辦法(修訂)
●慈濟大學關懷互助基金管理辦法(修訂)
二、以下通過校務會議之法規，還需報請董事會、教育部等單位審議或核定，如欲了解法規內容，請向秘書處詢問(分機11033)：
●慈濟學校財團法人慈濟大學組織規程(修訂)
●慈濟大學投資基金管理委員會設置辦法(修訂)
●慈濟大學學生獎懲辦法(修訂)

1.The following regulations were approved at the 138th University Council Meeting held on October 7, 2026:
● Tzu Chi University Regulations Governing the Establishment of the University Council (Amended)
● Tzu Chi University Regulations Governing the Management of the Care and Mutual Assistance Fund (Amended)
The following regulations, although approved by the University Council, are still subject to review or approval by the Board of Trustees, the Ministry of Education, or other relevant authorities. For further information regarding these regulations, please contact the Secretariat Office (Ext. 11033):

● Tzu Chi University Regulations Governing the Establishment of the Investment Fund Management Committee (Amended)
