說明：
一、依本校「學業預警及課後補強輔導辦法」，各授課教師需於本校行事曆第六至十二週上網勾選學業成績不理想之學生。
二、1151學期行事曆預警上網登錄日期：115年10月12日至115年11月28日。
三、註冊組將依辦法第三條規定配合辦理，煩請各授課教師於115年11月28日前上【(新)校務系統→教務處→期中預警→教師服務系統】勾選名單。
四、預警登錄系統將於115年11月28日當日23:59關閉，逾期無法受理。預計115年12月2日將學業預警學生名單通知相關單位；以利後續(輔導)作業。
**Academic Early Warning and Post-Class Support Notification**
1. In accordance with the "Regulations on Academic Early Warning and Post-Class Support" of this university, all course instructors are required to select students with unsatisfactory academic performance online during the sixth to twelfth weeks of the academic calendar.
2. The online registration period for the academic early warning system for the 1151 semester is from October 12, 2026 to November 28, 2026.
3. The Registration Office will process the early warning system in accordance with Article 3 of the regulations. We kindly request all course instructors to select the relevant student names online via the following path before November 28, 2026. [New University Affairs System → Academic Affairs Office → Mid-Semester Early Warning → Instructor Service System].
4. The early warning registration system will close at 23:59 on November 28, 2026. Submissions received after this time will not be accepted. The list of students identified for academic early warning will be notified to the relevant units by December 2, 2026, to facilitate subsequent support measures. |
