一、依「教育部115年教學實踐研究計畫區域基地計畫」辦 理。
二、旨揭辦法係透過區域基地資源，提供一對一教學實踐研究計畫撰寫諮詢服務，藉以提升計畫申請及通過率。
三、實施方式：線上一對一諮詢或書面資料諮詢為主要方式。
四、申請資格說明：
(一)限全國大專校院符合申請教學實踐研究計畫資格之教師。
(二)申請人須提出116年度教育部教學實踐研究計畫申請。
(三)每位申請人至多申請諮詢服務以2次為原則，申請人應先完成並回傳第1次諮詢紀錄及回饋表後，始得申請第2次諮詢服務。
(四)優先錄取「南區跨校教師社群成員」、「南區區域大專院校教師(包含高雄、台南、屏東、嘉義、澎湖」及「未曾獲核過教學實踐研究計畫之教師」。
五、 申請流程：
(一)即日起至11月4日(三)23:59前，寄送申請表Word及Pdf檔(務必簽名)至承辦人吳小姐信箱：daiting2163@mail.nsysu.edu.tw。(信件主旨：【教學實踐研究計畫南區區域基地】教學實踐研究計畫撰寫諮詢服務申請表_學校&申請人姓名)
(二)申請經核准後，承辦人將寄發申請成功通知。如未收到來信，請主動聯繫承辦人確認郵件是否發送成功。申請成功後，南區基地將通知申請人並進行後續媒合安排。
(三)申請人須於諮詢後一週內回傳「教學實踐研究計畫撰寫諮詢紀錄及回饋表」。
六、 諮詢期間：115年11月9日(一)至115年11月30日(一)止。

1. This program is conducted in accordance with the "Regional Base Program of the Ministry of Education's 2026 Teaching Practice Research Project."
2. The purpose of these guidelines is to leverage regional base resources to provide one-on-one consultation services for the drafting of Teaching Practice Research Projects, thereby enhancing the application and approval rates of such projects.
3. Implementation Method: The primary methods of consultation shall be online one-on-one sessions or written document reviews.
4. Eligibility Requirements:
(1) Limited to faculty members of higher education institutions nationwide who meet the eligibility criteria for applying for the Teaching Practice Research Project.
(2) Applicants must be applying for the Ministry of Education's 2027 Teaching Practice Research Project.
(3) As a general rule, each applicant may request consultation services up to two times. Applicants must first complete and return the consultation record and feedback form from the first session before they are eligible to apply for the second consultation service.
(4) Priority will be given to "members of the Southern Region Cross-University Faculty Community," "faculty members of higher education institutions in the Southern Region (including Kaohsiung, Tainan, Pingtung, Chiayi, and Penghu)," and "faculty members who have never been awarded a Teaching Practice Research Project."
5. Application Process:
(1) From now until 23:59 on Wednesday, November 4, please send the application form in both Word and PDF formats (must be signed) to the coordinator, Ms. Wu, at daiting2163@mail.nsysu.edu.tw. (2) Upon approval of the application, the coordinator will send a notification of successful application. If no email is received, please proactively contact the coordinator to confirm whether the email was successfully sent. Once the application is successful, the Southern Region Base will notify the applicant and proceed with subsequent matching arrangements.
(3) Applicants must return the "Teaching Practice Research Project Drafting Consultation Record and Feedback Form" within one week after the consultation.
6. Consultation Period: From Monday, November 9, 2026, to Monday, November 30, 2026.
