為持續深化教學創新、提升學生學習成效，並支持學院特色發展，教資中心敬邀各單位參加「116年度高教深耕特色方案計畫書撰寫及經費編列」說明會。
【說明會與學院交流討論】
一、全校說明會：擬於115/10/19(一)上午9:00~10:30，假中央校區大愛樓六樓北二區基地營舉辧「116年高教深耕特色計畫撰寫及經費編列說明會」。敬請各單位派員參加（建議由實際撰寫計畫或承辦經費之夥伴出席）。本場說明會將會錄影，屆時不克到場之人員亦可事後觀看。
二、學院專屬說明討論會：有需要的學院，請於11月2日（一）前回覆高教深耕計畫核銷窗口「至少3個」方便的時段（日期＋時間），俾利統整後將回覆確認時間。
三、建議帶初稿與會：可先試寫一個方案（含工作項目、關鍵成果及經費），說明會時可直接討論調整，效率最高。
四、「116年高教深耕特色計畫書」、「經費編列表」及計畫書撰寫範例等相關文件，將由高教深耕計畫核銷窗口統一寄送各單位。
五、相關文件敬請各單位先行參酌，有任何問題，歡迎說明會時一併提出交流討論。

To further deepen pedagogical innovation, enhance student learning outcomes, and support the specialized development of each college, the Center for Teaching and Learning Resources (CTLR) cordially invites all departments and units to attend the "Information Session on the Preparation of Project Proposals and Budget Allocation for the 2027 Higher Education Sprout Project (Specialized Program)."
【Information Session and College Consultations】
I. University-wide Information Session: The "Information Session on the Preparation of Project Proposals and Budget Allocation for the 2027 Higher Education Sprout Project" is tentatively scheduled for Monday, October 19, 2026, at the Base Camp (North Zone 2), 6th Floor, Da-Ai Building, Central Campus. All units are requested to appoint representatives to attend (it is highly recommended that personnel responsible for project writing or budget management participate). This session will be recorded for those unable to attend in person.
II. College-Specific Consultations: Colleges requiring dedicated consultation sessions are requested to submit "at least three" preferred time slots (date and time) to the Higher Education Sprout Project Financial Clearance Window by Monday, November 2, 2026. The final schedule will be confirmed and communicated after consolidation.
III. Recommendation to Bring Preliminary Drafts: To maximize efficiency, participants are encouraged to prepare a preliminary draft of their proposal (including work items, key deliverables, and budget requirements) for direct discussion and adjustment during the session.
IV. Related Documents: The "2027 Higher Education Sprout Project Proposal Form," "Budget Allocation Table," and sample proposals will be distributed to all units by the Higher Education Sprout Project Financial Clearance Window.
V. Preliminary Review: All units are encouraged to review the provided documents in advance. Any inquiries or points for discussion may be raised during the information session.
