一、為使校內教職員工之保障工作者安全與健康，依據「勞工健康保護規則」第3條規定事業單位之同一工作場所，勞工總人數在三百人以上者，應僱用從事勞工健康服務之醫師及勞工健康服務之護理人員，辦理臨場健康服務。
二、本校醫師駐診服務頻率：每1-2個月一次
三、諮詢時間：每人每次15分鐘。
四、為尊重同仁個人隱私，本項服務採[預約制]，將安排一對一健康諮詢。
五、本次主要服務對象：
「輪班、夜間工作或長時間工作」等異常工作負荷情形之同仁，提供個人健康諮詢。
(非輪班、夜間工作的同仁，如有個人健康諮詢需求，也歡迎預約。)
六、若有健康檢查報告或其他檢查結果相關疑問，當天請攜帶來諮詢。
七、諮詢服務醫師、時間及內容如下：

🔹對象：本校教職員工
🔹內容：健康報告解釋、就醫科別建議、個人疾病諮詢及慢性病衛教、職業傷病診療與防治、工作場所環境改善及防護具選擇與建議、職場傷病復工及配工、職業性壓力及過勞等工作相關之傷害與疾病。

1. To ensure the safety and health of the university is faculty and staff, and in accordance with Article 3 of the "Regulations on Labor Health Protection," which stipulates that business entities with a total workforce of 300 or more employees at the same workplace must employ physicians and nursing personnel specializing in occupational health services to provide on-site health services.
2. Frequency of Physician On-site Services: Once every 1 to 2 months.
3. Consultation Duration: 15 minutes per person per session.
4. To respect the privacy of all employees, this service is conducted on an [Appointment-Only] basis, with one-on-one health consultations provided.
5. Primary Target Audience:
Employees experiencing abnormal workloads, such as those working in shifts, night shifts, or extended hours, are provided with individual health consultations.
(Employees not working shifts or night shifts are also welcome to make appointments if they have individual health consultation needs.)
6. If you have inquiries regarding health examination reports or other medical test results, please bring them with you on the day of the consultation.

Target Audience: University faculty and staff
Scope of Services: Interpretation of health reports, recommendations for medical departments, individual disease consultation and chronic disease health education, diagnosis and prevention of occupational injuries and diseases, workplace environment improvement, selection and recommendation of personal protective equipment (PPE), return-to-work and job placement for occupational injuries, and injuries or diseases related to work, such as occupational stress and burnout.
