一、依據本部第11屆性別平等教育委員會第3次委員大會會議決議辦理。
二、本校學生如有性平相關提案，請於116年1月29日(五)前，向本校性別平等教育委員會提案形式審查，以完備校內程序，再由本校依提案流程分流提出，作為學生表達意見及參與決策之正式管道，並強化提案處理之透明度，完善學生參與性別平等教育事務之管道。
三、檢附教育部性別平等委員會受理學生提案流程圖及提案單各1份。
**Announcement on the Submission of Student Proposals Related to Gender Equity Education**
1. This announcement is issued in accordance with the resolution adopted at the 3rd Plenary Meeting of the 11th Gender Equity Education Committee of the Ministry of Education (MOE).
2. Students who wish to submit proposals related to gender equity education are requested to submit their proposals to the University is Gender Equity Education Committee by **Friday, January 29, 2027**, for a preliminary review of formal requirements. Upon completion of the University is internal procedures, proposals will be forwarded through the appropriate channels in accordance with the established submission process. This mechanism provides students with a formal channel to express their opinions and participate in decision-making, enhances transparency in proposal handling, and strengthens student participation in gender equity education affairs.
3. Attachments: One copy each of the MOE Gender Equity Education Committee is Flowchart for Handling Student Proposals and the Student Proposal Form.
