一、依據教育部115年10月08日臺教政(一)字第1150103292號函轉內政部115年10月1日台內民字第11502218271號函辦理。
二、鑑於本（115）年九合一地方公職人員選舉公告已在8月20日發布，將於本年11月28日舉行投票，依政治獻金法規定：
(一)直轄市長、直轄市議員、縣（市）長、縣（市）議員、鄉（鎮、市）長、直轄市山地原住民區長擬參選人，自本年4月25日起，可收受政治獻金。
(二)鄉（鎮、市）民代表、直轄市山地原住民區民代表、村（里）長擬參選人，自本年8月20日起，可收受政治獻金。
(三)前述政治獻金收受截止日皆為本年11月27日。
三、旨揭宣導若本校各單位設置有LED字幕機（跑馬燈）者，文稿建議內容刊登如下:
(一)個人對同一位候選人捐贈政治獻金，不能超過10萬元；對不同候選人捐贈，合計不能超過30萬元。
(二)營利事業對同一位候選人捐贈政治獻金，不能超過100萬元；對不同候選人捐贈，合計不能超過200萬元。
(三)有累積虧損尚未依規定彌補的營利事業，不能捐贈政治獻金。
(四)捐贈政治獻金前，應先至監察院陽光法令主題網確認候選人合法政治獻金專戶資訊，避免受騙。
四、另為擴大宣導效益，內政部所製作之政治獻金宣導短片、圖卡、海報、摺頁等檔案，已上傳至內政部民政司網站（網址：https://www.moi.gov.tw/cl.aspx?n=23543），請自行參酌運用。

1. This announcement is issued in accordance with the Ministry of Education's official letter No. 1150103292 dated October 8, 2026, which was forwarded from the Ministry of the Interior's official letter No. 11502218271 dated October 1, 2026.
2. In view of the announcement of the 2026 Local Elections for Public Officials issued on August 20, with voting scheduled for November 28, 2026, the following regulations regarding political donations are stipulated under the Political Donations Act:
(1) Prospective candidates for Mayor of a Special Municipality, City Councilor, County (City) Magistrate, County (City) Councilor, Township (City) Mayor, and Chairperson of the Mountain Indigenous District of a Special Municipality may receive political donations starting from April 25, 2026.
(2) Prospective candidates for Township (City) Representative, Representative of the Mountain Indigenous District of a Special Municipality, and Village (Li) Chief may receive political donations starting from August 20, 2026.
(3) The deadline for receiving the aforementioned political donations is November 27, 2026.
3. For departments within the University that have installed LED scrolling displays, the following content is recommended for publication:
(1) An individual may donate no more than NT$100,000 to a single candidate, and the total amount donated to different candidates shall not exceed NT$300,000.
(2) A profit-seeking enterprise may donate no more than NT$1,000,000 to a single candidate, and the total amount donated to different candidates shall not exceed NT$2,000,000.
(3) Profit-seeking enterprises with accumulated losses that have not been remedied in accordance with regulations are prohibited from making political donations.
(4) Before making a political donation, donors are advised to verify the information of the candidate's legal political donation account on the Control Yuan's "Sunshine Laws" website to prevent fraud.
4.
