敬請職員工同仁踴躍參與「第十屆職員工申訴評議委員會委員」推選，相關說明如下：
一、法規說明
1.依本校「職員工申訴評議委員會設置要點」辦理。
2.職員工代表5至6人，由本校非主管職員工推選產生。
3.本校職員工成績考核委員會委員，不得兼任本委員會委員。
二、投票資訊
1.投票路徑：請登入【校務系統】→【人資處】→【投票系統】進行投票。
2.投票期間：115年9月29日至115年10月5日。
3.投票方式：每人4票，請於投票系統中選擇4位候選人。

You are cordially invited to participate in the election for the 10th Staff Grievance Committee Members. The relevant information is detailed below:
I. Regulations and Eligibility
Governing Regulations: Conducted in accordance with the university is "Directives for the Establishment of the Staff Grievance Committee."
Staff Representatives: 5 to 6 representatives shall be elected by and from non-administrative/non-supervisory staff members.
Ineligibility: Members of the university is Staff Performance Evaluation Committee are not eligible to concurrently serve on this committee.
II. Voting Information
Voting Portal: Please log in to the [University Information System] → [Office of Human Resources] → [Voting System] to cast your vote.
Voting Period:From September 29, 2026, to October 5, 2026.
Voting Method:Each voter may cast up to 4 votes. Please select 4 candidates in the voting system. |
