一、配合教育部推動大專校院雙語教育政策，本中心長期辦理「全英語授課」（English as a Medium of Instruction, EMI）教師增能課程，結合理論與教學實務，協助教師提升EMI授課能力，並可依各校需求規劃實體或線上同步課程。
二、因應近年EMI教學發展趨勢及教學現場需求，本中心教師增能課程共包含八個模組，其中包括AI與科技輔助EMI教學、學習導向評量的EMI實踐、微型教學與同儕觀摩等獲EMI教師肯定之主題，強化教師EMI教學能力。整體課程特色包括：
(一)立足國內情境，貼近教學現場
以臺灣大專校院EMI教學情境為出發點，結合教師經驗交流與反思，協助逐步將所學轉化為回應實際教學需求與挑戰的策略。
(二)實務導向，強化教學應用
課程以實務應用為核心，並以相關教學理念為基礎，透過策略分享與教學實作，協助教師將所學靈活運用於EMI課堂。
(三)模組彈性，依需求自由搭配
八大模組可獨立安排，亦可彼此銜接融會，依教師需求及校內發展重點彈性規劃，打造適切的EMI教師增能歷程。
三、為協助教師彈性運用研習資源，本中心與國立陽明交通大學「ewant育網開放教育平台」合作，並同步串接「e等公務園＋學習平臺」，提供EMI教師增能免費線上研習（https:／／lttc.tw/fdOWO5），可作為教師自主學習及各校辦理EMI教師研習之課前或課後學習資源。
四、如貴校有進一步EMI教師增能課程需求，本中心可依教師發展需求規劃實體或線上同步課程，提供完整且系統化之教師增能方案。

**Announcement: English as a Medium of Instruction (EMI) Teacher Development Program**
In accordance with the Ministry of Education is initiative to promote bilingual education in higher education institutions, this center has long been conducting teacher development courses on "English as a Medium of Instruction" (EMI). These courses integrate theoretical knowledge with practical teaching experience to assist educators in enhancing their EMI instructional capabilities. The courses can be planned as in-person or synchronous online sessions, tailored to the specific needs of each institution.
To address recent trends and on-the-ground requirements in EMI teaching, the teacher development program comprises eight modules. These modules include topics such as AI and technology-assisted EMI instruction, EMI implementation through learning-oriented assessment, and microteaching and peer observation, all of which have been positively received by EMI educators. The program is designed to strengthen teachers i EMI instructional skills. Key features of the program include:
1. **Rooted in Local Context, Closely Aligned with Teaching Realities**
The program is grounded in the context of EMI instruction in Taiwanese higher education institutions. It combines teacher experience sharing and reflection to help educators gradually transform their learning into strategies that respond to actual teaching needs and challenges.
2. **Practice-Oriented, Focused on Teaching Application**
The courses emphasize practical application, building on relevant pedagogical theories. Through strategy sharing and hands-on teaching practice, the program assists educators in flexibly applying their learning in EMI classrooms.
3. **Flexible Modules, Customizable to Needs**
The eight modules can be arranged independently or integrated to suit the needs of teachers and the development priorities of institutions. This flexibility allows for the creation of an appropriate and effective EMI teacher development journey.
To support teachers in flexibly utilizing professional development resources, this center collaborates with the "ewant Open Education Platform" of National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University and is also connected to the "e-Government Learning Platform." We offer free online EMI teacher development courses (https://lttc.tw/fdOWO5), which can serve as self-learning resources for teachers or as pre- and post-session materials for EMI teacher training organized by institutions.
