一、依據教育部115年9月18日臺教學(六)字第1150094004號函轉內政部115年9月11日台內役字
第11511611201號函辦理。
二、按徵兵規則第26條第2項規定：「就讀專科以上學校男子，得依其志願，於每年十一月十五日以前向戶籍地鄉（鎮、市、區）公所申請連續二年暑假，分階段接受常備兵役軍事訓練；申請人數逾訓練員額時，以抽籤決定之」。
三、茲為便利在學男子提出申請，內政部役政司全球資訊網（https://dca.moi.gov.tw）首頁/主題單元建置「分階段接受常備兵役軍事訓練系統」，自115年10月15日（星期四）上午10時起至115年11月15日（星期日）下午5時止受理申請；可自116年6月8日、7月6日或7月30日3個入營梯次中，擇一梯次申請。各梯次申請人數逾錄取員額時，並由內政部役政司統一於115年11月16日（星期一）上午10時公開抽籤。
四、另檢附「115年就讀專科以上83至93年次在學男子，申請分階段接受常備兵役軍事訓練之對象條件及相關作業規定」公告及「115年申請分階段接受常備兵役軍事訓練」懶人包各1份，請自行參考運用。

I. This announcement is made in accordance with the directive from the Ministry of Education, dated September 18, 2026, under Reference No. 1150094004, which was forwarded from the Ministry of the Interior, dated September 11, 2025, under Reference No. 11511611201.
II. According to Article 26, Paragraph 2 of the Conscription Regulations Male students enrolled in institutions of higher education may, at their own discretion, apply to the local township (city, district) office of their registered residence before November 15th of each year to receive regular military training during two consecutive summer vacations in stages; when the number of applicants exceeds the available training slots, the selection will be determined by a public lottery.
III. To facilitate the application process for male students currently enrolled, the Ministry of the Interior, Bureau of Conscription Administration, has established a Staged Regular Military Training System on its official website (https://dca.moi.gov.tw) under the homepage/Thematic Units. Applications will be accepted from 10:00 AM on October 15, 2026 (Thursday) to 5:00 PM on November 15, 2026 (Sunday). Applicants may choose one of the three available training sessions: June 8, July 6, or July 30, 2027. In the event that the number of applicants exceeds the available slots for any session, a public lottery will be conducted by the Bureau of Conscription Administration, Ministry of the Interior, at 10:00 AM on November 16, 2026 (Monday).
