📌本部為促進文化多樣發展，賦權臺灣各原住民族群（含平埔族）因應族群文化發展之在地議題，結合青年，體現自發行動，掌握社區營造、知識與文化、善用社會設計及公民科技等，推動有助其於都市及原鄉文化傳承發展方案，爰推動本計畫。
📌本計畫要點及115年度徵件規劃，摘要如下：
(一)補助對象：依法設立登記或立案之民間團體（不包括政治團體）、大專校院。
(二)執行期程及補助金額：
本計畫受理一年期提案（不得少於6個月，以114年12月核定日起至115年12月5日前完成為原則）；惟依實際發展需求，得提二年期計畫（需於114年12月核定日起至116年12月5日前完成），每案每年補助總經費上限為新臺幣80萬元。
(三)補助類別：
１、原鄉文化行動計畫類。
２、都市文化行動計畫類。
(四)報名方式及受理時間：本案採線上或紙本二擇一方式辦理。
１、線上申請：請於本部獎補助系統（點此進入）報名，並上傳相關文件資料。網站系統開放時間為：即日起至114年9月30日23時59分止。
２、紙本申請：請於截止收件日（114年9月30日）前，以公函檢附申請單位之立案或登記證明文件影本1份，計畫書、合作對象同意書及相關文件1式2份，以掛號郵寄郵戳為憑，或於該日下午六時前，專人送達本部文化資源司（新北市新莊區中平路439號南棟13樓）。
📌本計畫將辦理1場次線上徵件培力工作坊，以及3場次線上諮詢工作坊，相關訊息摘要如下：

３、每場次不限名額，原則以1小時為1場，若人數過多將延長時間為2小時，同時開放其他團隊報名旁聽共學，惟將依實際報名情形調整因應。

**Announcement: Call for Proposals for the Indigenous Cultural Action Program**
To promote cultural diversity and empower the indigenous peoples of Taiwan (including the Plains Indigenous Peoples) to address local cultural issues, the Ministry of Culture is launching this program. By engaging youth and encouraging self-initiated actions, the program aims to leverage community development, knowledge and cultural preservation, social design, and civic technology to support initiatives that foster the transmission and development of indigenous culture in both urban and rural settings.
**Key Points and Proposal Guidelines for the 115 Academic Year:**
1. **Eligible Applicants:**
- Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that are legally registered or established.
- Higher education institutions (colleges and universities).
- (Political organizations are excluded.)
2. **Implementation Timeline and Funding:**
- The program accepts one-year proposals (minimum duration of six months, from December 2023 to December 5, 2024, as a general guideline).
- Two-year plans may be submitted based on actual developmental needs (to be completed from December 2023 to December 5, 2025).
- The maximum annual funding per project is NT$800,000.
3. **Categories of Support:**
- Indigenous Rural Cultural Action Projects.
- Urban Indigenous Cultural Action Projects.
4. **Application Methods and Deadlines:**
- **Online Application:**
- Submit proposals through the Ministry of Culture is Grant and Subsidy System (click here to access).
- Upload all required documents.
- The online system will be open from today until 23:59 on September 30, 2024.
- **Paper Application:**
- Submit one copy of the application, including proof of registration or establishment, project proposal, consent letters from collaborating parties, and other required documents, by registered mail (postmark date will be considered the submission date).
- Alternatively, deliver the documents in person to the Cultural Resources Division of the Ministry of Culture (13th Floor, South Building, No. 439, Zhongping Road, Xinzhuang District, New Taipei City) by 6:00 PM on September 30, 2024.
