一、依據「教育部115年教學實踐研究計畫區域基地計畫」辦理。
二、旨揭辦法係透過區域基地資源，提供一對一教學實踐研究計畫撰寫諮詢服務，藉以提升計畫申請及通過率。
三、實施方式：線上或實體一對一諮詢。
四、申請資格說明：
(一)限全國大專校院符合申請教學實踐研究計畫資格之教師。
(二)申請人須提出116年度教育部教學實踐研究計畫申請。
(三)每位申請人至多申請諮詢服務以2次為原則（包含申請其他區域基地諮詢服務次數），且申請人應先完成前次諮詢紀錄及回饋表繳交後，始得申請下一次諮詢服務。
(四)優先錄取本基地之跨校教師社群成員及未曾獲核過教學實踐研究計畫之教師。
(五)請申請人於115年11月30日(一)前至google表單提出申請(https:／／forms.gle/BxjuMB7Qp6mxcnNK6)，本基地收到申請表單後將以E-mail通知媒合結果。
(六)諮詢期間：115年10月1日(四)至12月6日(日)止。

**Announcement: Individual Consultation Services for the Ministry of Education is 2023 Teaching Practice Research Project**
**I. Purpose**
This announcement is issued in accordance with the "2023 Teaching Practice Research Project – Regional Base Program" organized by the Ministry of Education.
**II. Program Overview**
The program utilizes resources from the regional base to provide one-on-one consultation services for the preparation of teaching practice research project proposals. The aim is to enhance the quality of applications and improve the approval rate for these projects.
**III. Implementation Method**
Consultation services will be conducted either online or in person on a one-on-one basis.
**IV. Eligibility Criteria**
1. The program is open exclusively to eligible faculty members from universities and colleges across Taiwan who are qualified to apply for the Teaching Practice Research Project.
2. Applicants must submit an application for the 2024 Teaching Practice Research Project organized by the Ministry of Education.
3. Each applicant is entitled to a maximum of two consultation sessions (including consultations from other regional bases). Applicants must submit the consultation record and feedback form from their previous session before being eligible for a subsequent consultation.
4. Priority will be given to members of the cross-institutional teacher community affiliated with this regional base and to applicants who have not previously received approval for a Teaching Practice Research Project.
5. Applications must be submitted via the Google Form (https://forms.gle/BxjuMB7Qp6mxcnNK6) by November 30, 2023 (Monday). Once the application is received, the regional base will notify applicants of the consultation matching results via email.
6. Consultation Period: From October 1, 2023 (Sunday) to December 6, 2023 (Wednesday).
