一、針對國科會研究計畫的完整生命週期，特別邀請具有深厚學術行政與研究經驗的孫以瀚教授，由研究申請、執行及結案全過程，深度剖析學術倫理規範。透過實務經驗與案例分享，協助研究人員瞭解各階段的應注意事項，以及引導教研人員建立防範違規的自保機制。

A Lecture on Academic Ethics for National Science and Technology Council Research Projects will be held on October 28, 2026. **Explanation:**
1. This lecture will focus on the complete lifecycle of National Science and Technology Council research projects. We have specially invited Professor Sun Yi-Han, who possesses extensive academic administrative and research experience, to provide an in-depth analysis of academic ethics regulations throughout the entire process—from research application, execution, to completion. Through practical experience and case sharing, this lecture aims to help researchers understand the key considerations at each stage and guide faculty and staff in establishing self-protection mechanisms to prevent violations.
