一、教育部為提供國人跨領域學習機會及養成多元專長能力，辦理「大學校院辦理多元專長培力課程」，提供已取得學士學位者修習第二專長學士學位課程。
二、本課程核定名額為外加名額，得以隨班附讀或專班方式辦理：
（一）隨班附讀：請於115年12月1日（星期二）至12月11日（星期五）下午5時前，檢具申請表及招生規定報教育部申請。
（二）專班：新設班請檢具計畫書1式5份及招生規定；續辦班依規定檢具續辦申請表或成果報告書。相關資料請於115年10月16日（星期五）下午5時前報教育部申請。
三、申請資格、應備文件、辦理方式及不予核定情形，請詳閱教育部函及附件。請有意申辦單位依規定辦理。
四、本案相關疑義，請依教育部函文所列聯絡窗口洽詢。
The Ministry of Education is offering the "Diversified Specialization Enhancement Program" to provide citizens with opportunities for interdisciplinary learning and to cultivate diverse specialized skills. This program allows individuals who have already obtained a bachelor's degree to enroll in a second bachelor's degree program specializing in a different field.
The program will be conducted with an additional quota, which can be implemented either through concurrent enrollment or as a dedicated class:
(1) Concurrent Enrollment: Please submit the application form and recruitment regulations to the Ministry of Education by 5:00 PM on December 11, 2026 (Friday).
(2) Dedicated Class: For new classes, please submit five copies of the program proposal and recruitment regulations. For continuing classes, please submit the continuation application form or the program outcome report as required. All relevant documents should be submitted to the Ministry of Education by 5:00 PM on October 16, 2026 (Friday).
For detailed information regarding eligibility criteria, required documents, implementation methods, and circumstances under which applications will not be approved, please refer to the official letter from the Ministry of Education and its attachments. Units interested in applying are requested to follow the regulations accordingly.
