※如果您不符合以上資格，請勿強行送件，不符資格者一律退件。
※送來之資料未齊全及缺件，則不予收件，請送件前仔細檢查。
**Announcement: Application for Special Education Student Awards and Subsidies**
**Application Period:**
Applications are accepted from the date of this announcement until October 23, 2026 (Friday). Please submit your application to the counselor at the Resource Room of the Student Counseling Center at your respective campus.
**Eligibility Criteria:**
Please refer to Attachment 1 – Guidelines for the Application of Special Education Student Awards and Subsidies for detailed eligibility requirements.
**Required Documents:**
Please review Attachment 2 – Application Form for Awards and Subsidies, and Attachment 3 – Notice of Personal Information Collection for Awards and Subsidies, for the necessary documents to be submitted.
**Important Notes:**
- If you do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above, please do not submit an application. All applications from ineligible candidates will be returned without review.
- Applications with incomplete or missing documents will not be accepted. Please ensure all required materials are included before submission.
