請各班班級幹部務必於學生資訊系統完成線上報名。
如須搭車請註明[須搭車]-以便安排車輛。
線上報名方式： 請登入慈濟大學學生資訊系統 →「處理事項」→「開放活動報名」→「115學年第1學期班級幹部訓練【中央與介仁校區】」。
參加對象： 中央校區及介仁校區各學制大學部班級幹部（不含國際數位媒體科技學士學位學程、外籍生專班及研究所）。
1.一年級至四年級：班代、副班代、總務股長、學藝股長。2.一年級至三年級：服務股長。
3.一年級：衛保股長、體育康樂股長。
班級幹部如因特殊情況無法參加，須逕向學務處生活輔導組辦理請假手續；未辦理請假者，將以缺席1小時處理。
活動時間：115年10月1日（星期四）12:30∼13:30。
活動地點：中央校區 B101 演藝廳（250A室）。
服裝規定：穿著整齊本校休閒服。備有餐盒。

Eligible Participants
Class officers from all undergraduate programs at the Central and Jieren Campuses, excluding the International Bachelor is Program in Digital Media Technology, Foreign Student Programs, and Graduate Programs.
First-year to fourth-year students: Class Representative, Deputy Class Representative, Treasurer, and Academic Affairs Officer.
First-year to third-year students: Service Officer.
First-year students: Health and Welfare Officer, and Physical Education and Recreation Officer.
Class officers who are unable to attend due to special circumstances must apply for leave directly with the Life Guidance Section, Office of Student Affairs. Those who fail to submit a leave request will be recorded as one hour of absence.
To facilitate venue planning, all participants are required to complete online registration.
