本校為培養同學具備關懷社會人群與服務利他之識能，歷來積極推動各項多元服務學習教育方案與措施。
現為鼓勵同學在服務學習過程中透過文字反思，培養表達能力與分享精神，特辦理第12屆「快樂服務、感動學習」心得徵文比賽，藉以促進彼此服務實踐之經驗交流與觀摩學習機會，並呈現本校服務學習教育成果與社會推廣之用。
★參加對象：
凡參與114學年度校內外各類社會服務學習方案，包含：各系服務學習課程計畫、各項社會服務活動及國際志工服務等之本校學生。
★辦法：
1.請自訂題目，字數1,000字至2,000字，內容以「服務學習心得分享」為主軸，分享參與校內外各類服務學習課程、計畫或方案之經驗，內容可包含參與服務的經驗、所見所聞、學習收穫與自我成長等，並附上服務照片原始檔（檔案名稱：系級_姓名，例：兒家二_王小明）
2.評分項目：
(1)反思對自身的意義及對生活的學習30%
(2)從中看到服務學習的價值與意義30%
(3)體會助人的快樂和參與的感動40%
★獎勵：
獲獎同學除獎金外，並頒發獎狀以茲鼓勵。
依各類別取績優一名3,600元、優等一名2,600元、甲等一名1,600元、佳作3名600元，凡參賽同學皆可獲小禮物一份。
★收件日期：即日起至115年10月23日（五）截止收件，參賽稿件、報名表及服務照片之電子檔，以及報名表紙本，均須於期限內完成繳交。
★應徵稿件注意事項：
(一) 每人限投稿一篇文章。參賽作品須以參賽者本人實際參與之服務經驗、觀察與反思為核心，並由本人完成作品內容及文字撰寫，不得抄襲、冒名頂替或由他人代筆。稿件中不得透露作者姓名、系級、學號等可能影響評審公平性之個人識別資訊。
(二) 為兼顧數位工具使用趨勢及徵文競賽之公平性，生成式人工智慧（AI）工具僅限用於錯別字、標點符號及文法檢查等文字校對之輔助性工作，不得用於生成、改寫、擴寫或重組參賽作品之內容。參賽作品所呈現之服務經驗、心得、感受、反思及文字表達，均應由參賽者本人完成。AI工具之使用與否不作為評審加分或扣分之依據。
(三) 參賽者應於報名表及參賽稿件末頁之「生成式AI使用聲明」中據實勾選AI工具使用情形；如有使用，應填寫使用工具、使用範圍及使用方式。如有未據實揭露AI使用情形，或有使用AI生成、改寫、擴寫或重組參賽作品內容等不符本競賽規定之情事，經主辦單位確認後，得取消其參賽及得獎資格；得獎後始發現者，應繳回獎金及獎品，該獎項不予遞補。
(四) 參賽作品須具原創性，且不得為「已公開發表作品」、「曾在其他比賽獲獎」或「正在他項競賽評審中」之作品，違者將喪失參賽及得獎資格。得獎人如事後因故喪失得獎資格時，除須繳回獎金、獎品外，該獎項不予遞補。
(五) 稿件不足或參賽作品之內容、格式等未達評審認定標準者，獎項得以從缺。依據深耕經費核支要點第十四點標準審核，參加人數若未達標準，獎金依比例調降。
★評選方式：由主辦單位遴聘校內外專家籌組評審小組進行評選。
★公布得獎名單：115年11月底公布於學校網頁(暫訂)
★稿件規格及送件：
1.稿件一律以電子文件Word檔形式、A4規格直式橫書撰寫，題目為18級標楷體置中，內文為14級標楷體，行距固定行高21pt。
2.參賽稿件末頁須依附件格式完成「生成式AI使用聲明」，並據實勾選及填寫AI工具使用情形；該聲明不得填寫姓名、系級、學號或其他可辨識參賽者身分之資訊。
3.隨參賽稿件附上服務照片原始檔2至4張。
4.填妥徵文報名表，報名表須同時繳交電子檔及簽名後之紙本。

To cultivate students i abilities in caring for society and practicing service-oriented values, Tzu Chi University has consistently promoted diverse service-learning educational programs and initiatives. In order to encourage students to reflect on their service-learning experiences through writing, thereby enhancing their communication skills and spirit of sharing, the 12th "Joyful Service, Touching Learning" Reflection Essay Contest is hereby organized. This contest aims to facilitate the exchange and mutual learning of service experiences among students and to showcase the outcomes of our service-learning education and its broader societal impact.
**Eligibility:**
All students of Tzu Chi University who have participated in any service-learning programs, both on and off campus, during the academic year 114, including service-learning courses offered by various departments, social service activities, and international volunteer services.
**Contest Guidelines:**
1. Participants are required to submit an essay of 1,000 to 2,000 words, with a self-selected title. The essay should focus on sharing experiences gained from participating in service-learning courses, projects, or activities, both on and off campus. The content may include personal experiences, observations, learning outcomes, and reflections on self-growth. Original service photos (file name format: Department_Level_Name, e.g., Childcare_2_WangXiaoming) must be submitted alongside the essay.
2. Evaluation Criteria:
- Reflection on the significance of the experience to oneself and learning from it: 30%
- Insight into the value and meaning of service-learning: 30%
- Experience of the joy of helping others and the emotional impact of participation: 40%
**Rewards:**
Winners will receive cash prizes and certificates as recognition. The awards are as follows:
- First Place: 1 winner, NT$3,600
- Second Place: 1 winner, NT$2,600
- Third Place: 1 winner, NT$1,600
- Honorable Mentions: 3 winners, NT$600 each
All participants will receive a small gift.
**Submission Deadline:**
Submissions must be received by October 23, 2026 (Friday). Electronic files of the essay, registration form, and original service photos, as well as a signed paper copy of the registration form, must be submitted within the deadline.
**Important Notes for Submissions:**
1. Each participant is limited to submitting one essay. The work must be based on the participant is own service experience, observations, and reflections, and must be personally written. Plagiarism, impersonation, or having someone else write the essay on your behalf is strictly prohibited. The essay must not include any identifying information such as the author is name, department, or student ID that could compromise the fairness of the review process.
2. To ensure fairness and accommodate the trend of digital tool usage, generative AI tools may only be used for proofreading purposes, such as checking spelling, punctuation, and grammar. They must not be used to generate, rewrite, expand, or restructure the content of the essay. The service experience, reflections, feelings, and written expression must be the participant is own work. The use of AI tools will not affect the evaluation score.
3. Participants must truthfully indicate their use of generative AI tools in the "Declaration of Generative AI Usage" section at the end of the registration form and essay. If AI tools were used, the type, scope, and method of use must be specified. Failure to disclose AI usage truthfully, or using AI to generate, rewrite, expand, or restructure the essay content, will result in disqualification. If a winner is found to have violated these rules after the award has been given, they must return the prize money and award, and the prize will not be reallocated.
