一、旨揭計畫以匯聚全球社會創新行動人才進行徵件招募，培育社會創新所需具備的各項技能。鼓勵更多青年能使用青年公益實踐計畫的資源，勇於創造改變，成為社會影響力的種子。
二、本計畫指導單位為「教育部青年發展署」；主辦單位為「財團法人中華民國佛教慈濟慈善事業基金會」。
三、本計畫目的係鼓勵40歲（含）以下之年輕朋友投身公益並關注慈善議題，期待藉由年輕世代的觀點與力量，結合專家、學者的輔導，讓公益計畫更容易付諸實現，並為世界挹注更多正向影響力；提案申請後，依評比標準評選，獎助臺灣團隊8至10組執行公益企劃，總獎助金額新台幣1,200萬元（含孵化培力模組）。
四、本計畫申請報名期間自即日起至115年10月2日（星期五）中午12時止。
五、本計畫總決賽預計於115年12月2日（星期三）假慈濟新店靜思堂辦理。

**Announcement: Call for Applications for the Youth Social Innovation Practice Program**
The Youth Social Innovation Practice Program aims to gather global talent dedicated to social innovation and provide them with opportunities to develop the essential skills required in this field. We encourage more young people to utilize the resources of this program, to courageously create change, and to become seeds of social impact.
The program is guided by the Youth Development Division of the Ministry of Education and organized by the Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation.
The objective of this program is to encourage young individuals aged 40 or younger to engage in public welfare and pay attention to charitable issues. We hope to leverage the perspectives and strengths of the younger generation, combined with guidance from experts and scholars, to make public welfare initiatives more achievable and to inject more positive influence into the world. After the proposal submission, applications will be evaluated based on established criteria, and 8 to 10 Taiwanese teams will be awarded funding to execute their public welfare projects, with a total grant amount of NT$12 million (including the incubation and capacity-building modules).
The application period for this program runs from today until October 2, 2026 (Friday) at 12:00 noon.
The final competition of this program is scheduled to take place on December 2, 2026 (Wednesday) at the Tzu Chi Hall in Xindian.
