為因應全球淨零碳排趨勢，促進烘焙產業之創新應用與轉型契機，本校國際餐旅學院將舉辦「智慧烘焙」研討會，結合人工智慧(AI)、數位轉型及綠色永續發展，邀請專家學者與產業實務者共同交流，推動食品科技、烘焙技術及智慧製造之整合發展。
本次研討會將於115年11月13日(星期五)上午8時30分至下午4時30分，於本校LB2生活應用大樓國際會議廳舉行。活動內容詳如大會官網，論文徵稿暨競賽辦法請參閱附件。徵稿主題包含智慧烘焙創新與永續發展、食品安全與創新機能性產品等相關議題，歡迎大專校院師生、研究人員及產業界人士踴躍投稿。
論文投稿截止日期為115年10月30日(星期五)，採隨到隨審方式辦理，審查結果預定於115年11月3日(星期二)通知；論文發表競賽訂於115年11月13日(星期五)下午1時30分至4時30分辦理。

Dear Faculty Members, Staff, and Students,
To respond to the global trend towards carbon neutrality and to promote innovation and transformation in the baking industry, the College of International Hospitality at our university will host a symposium on "Smart Baking." This event will integrate artificial intelligence (AI), digital transformation, and sustainable development, inviting experts, scholars, and industry professionals to exchange insights and advance the integration of food technology, baking techniques, and smart manufacturing.
The symposium will take place on Friday, November 13, 2026, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM in the International Conference Hall, LB2 Building, on campus. Detailed information about the event can be found on the official symposium website. The guidelines for paper submissions and competitions are provided in the attached documents. We welcome submissions from university and college faculty and students, researchers, and industry professionals on topics such as innovation and sustainability in smart baking, food safety, and the development of innovative functional products.
The deadline for paper submissions is Friday, October 30, 2026. Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and notification of review results is scheduled for Tuesday, November 3, 2026. The paper presentation competition will be held from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM on Friday, November 13, 2026.
All registrations and paper submissions for the symposium will be conducted online. For more information about the event and submission process, please visit the official symposium website.
