各位師長、同仁和同學您好：
為提升各級政府機關人員氣候變遷因應及淨零轉型相關專業知能，特辦理旨揭課程，以期促進相關領域之專業交流與知識傳承。
旨揭課程資訊如下：
1. 課程名稱：環境部淨零綠領人才培育加值課程－氣候變遷調適。
2. 課程日期：115年10月19日（星期一）至20日（星期二）。
3. 課程地點：環境部環境管理署801會議室。
4. 參訓對象：中央及地方政府機關（構）公務人員及相關業務人員。
5. 課程費用：3,600元，公務人員免費參訓，需檢附有效之服務證（識別證）影本或近3個月內由現職機關出具之在職證明。
6. 學費優惠補助資格：
1. 大專院校30歲以下在校生（含研究生，不含在職專班學生），半額補助1,800元。
2. 中低收入戶、低收入戶及身心障礙身分者，全額補助3,600元。

**Announcement**
Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students:
To enhance the professional knowledge and skills of personnel from various government agencies regarding climate change adaptation and the transition to a net-zero society, we are pleased to announce the upcoming course. This initiative aims to promote professional exchange and knowledge transfer in relevant fields.
Below are the details of the course:
1. **Course Title:** Environmental Protection Agency Net-Zero Green Talent Development Program – Climate Change Adaptation.
2. **Course Dates:** October 19 (Monday) to October 20, 2026.
3. **Venue:** Room 801, Environmental Management Bureau, Environmental Protection Agency.
4. **Target Participants:** Civil servants and relevant personnel from central and local government agencies.
5. **Course Fee:** NT$3,600. Civil servants may attend free of charge, provided they submit a copy of their valid service identification card or a recent employment certificate issued by their current agency within the past three months.
**Eligibility for Tuition Fee Subsidies:**
1. Full-time undergraduate and graduate students (aged 30 or younger) from higher education institutions are eligible for a 50% subsidy of NT$1,800.
2. Individuals from low- to moderate-income households, low-income households, and those with disabilities are eligible for a full subsidy of NT$3,600.
