**Application Period:** From today until October 10, 2026. Applications must be submitted directly by the applicant; late submissions will not be accepted.

**Application Documents:** Please submit only the documents required by the application guidelines. Do not provide any additional certificates or proofs not specified, in order to conserve paper usage and promote environmental protection as well as energy conservation.
**If you do not meet the above eligibility criteria, please do not submit an application. All applications from ineligible candidates will be rejected.**
**Incomplete or missing documents will not be accepted. Please carefully review all materials before resubmitting.**
