【代公告】產業科技高峰論壇-半導體全球布局與供應鏈韌性研討會
一、為探討全球地緣政治變局、半導體產業發展趨勢及供應鏈韌性之影響，並深化智慧轉型、產業升級與永續治理之交流，中原大學特與桃園市政府合作辦理旨揭論壇。
二、時間：115年10月6日（星期二）13時10分至17時15分。
三、地點：中原大學張靜愚紀念圖書館1樓秀德廳。
四、主題演講：由本校李英明校長主講「為什麼臺灣沒有單獨成為AI產業帝國？」。
五、專題演講：涵蓋「地緣政治與產業供應鏈韌性」、「智慧轉型與經濟韌性：桃園產業升級的城市治理與戰略布局」、「AI大未來：全球半導體趨勢與臺灣優劣勢」及「邊緣計算的軟硬體結合」等核心議題。
六、焦點對談：邀請桃園市政府、中央研究院資訊科學研究所、大根光學工業股份有限公司、微星科技股份有限公司、資誠聯合會計師事務所及學界專家針對半導體供應鏈的永續治理挑戰進行深度對話。

**Notice: Industry and Technology Summit Forum - Global Semiconductor Layout and Supply Chain Resilience**
To explore the impact of global geopolitical changes, semiconductor industry development trends, and supply chain resilience, and to deepen exchanges on smart transformation, industrial upgrading, and sustainable governance, Chung Yuan Christian University is collaborating with Taoyuan City Government to organize this forum.
**Date:** October 6, 2026 (Tuesday), from 1:10 PM to 5:15 PM.
**Venue:** Showdu Hall, Ground Floor, Chang Jing-yu Memorial Library, Chung Yuan Christian University.
**Keynote Speech:** Delivered by President Lee Ying-ming of Chung Yuan Christian University, the topic will be "Why Has Taiwan Not Become a Standalone AI Industry Empire?"
**Special Lectures:** The forum will cover core topics including "Geopolitics and Industrial Supply Chain Resilience," "Smart Transformation and Economic Resilience: Taoyuan's Urban Governance and Strategic Layout for Industrial Upgrading," "The Future of AI: Global Semiconductor Trends and Taiwan's Strengths and Weaknesses," and "Integration of Software and Hardware in Edge Computing."
**Focus Discussion:** Experts from Taoyuan City Government, the Institute of Information Science, Academia Sinica, Dagen Optics Industry Co., Ltd., MSI Computer Co., Ltd., PricewaterhouseCoopers Taiwan, and academia will engage in an in-depth dialogue on the challenges of sustainable governance in the semiconductor supply chain.
