依據「慈濟大學教師教學評量實施細則」，教學評量於每學期期中及期末考試前各實施一次為原則。
一、為配合「1151學期教師教學評量調查」之實施時程，請主課教師於9/25(五)
前登入ICAN系統建立協同授課教師名單，並指定【授課週次】及【上課時數】。
二、請注意：
1. 外部教師未具有校內帳號者，且須參與教學評量調查，請主課教師先提供名單給
課務組建檔，建檔完畢後取得帳號,再至ICAN系統建立外部教師參與授課週次及時數。
2. 邀請校外專家演講者(未具有校內帳號)，且不須參與教學評量，主課教師建立校
外專家週次及時數，請以帳號extsir搜尋建立外部教師。
3. 課程性質屬：專題討論、專題研究、實驗課、校外見實習課程，原則上不做教學評量，若課程需進行教學評量，請主課教師回覆〔附件1_特殊課程納入教學評量申請表〕以利前置作業。
4. 1151學期教學評量調查日期：11/09∼11/15(期中/第10週)、12/28∼01/03(期末/第17週)

Pursuant to the "Implementation Guidelines for Teacher Teaching Evaluation at Tzu Chi University," teaching evaluations are conducted twice per semester, prior to the mid-term and final examinations.
1. To align with the schedule for the "1151 Semester Teacher Teaching Evaluation Survey," please ensure that main course instructors log in to the ICAN system before September 25 (Friday) to establish a list of co-teaching instructors and specify the 【teaching weeks】 and 【class hours】.
2. Please note the following:
1. For external instructors who do not have an on-campus account and are required to participate in the teaching evaluation survey, main course instructors should first provide their names to the Course Management Team for record creation. Once the account is established, proceed to the ICAN system to set up the external instructor is participation in teaching weeks and hours.
2. For external experts or speakers (who do not have an on-campus account) and are not required to participate in the teaching evaluation, main course instructors should establish their teaching weeks and hours using the account "extsir" in the ICAN system.
3. For courses of the following nature: seminars, research projects, laboratory courses, or off-campus internships, teaching evaluations are generally not conducted. If a teaching evaluation is required for such a course, main course instructors should reply with 【Attachment 1: Pre-Evaluation Survey Application Form for Teaching Evaluation】 to facilitate the necessary preparatory work.
4. The survey dates for the 1151 semester teaching evaluation are: November 9 to November 15 (Mid-term / Week 10) and December 28 to January 3 (Final / Week 17).
