一、旨揭計畫係鼓勵國內18-35歲青年運用所學知能，參與海外志願服務，拓展個人視野，養成國際關懷及具備行動實踐力。
二、計畫增修重點說明如下：
(一)為使數位化服務及赴海外和數位化整合服務定義更明確，修正各該申請類別提供服務方式。
(二)配合後續審查及相關作業流程需要，調整暑期服務團隊申請截止日期。
(三)因應112年5月1日起新冠肺炎防疫降階，修正疾病衍生相關防護費用說明；配合申請指導老師加額補助時程，放寬採計之參加活動紀錄。
(四)為使團隊計畫書聚焦針對受服務對象及地區之需求分析，訂定計畫書各項目比重。
(五)依據實際狀況，酌修成果報告提供形式並增列核銷相關規定。
三、旨揭計畫申請及核銷方式，皆採線上併同書面方式辦理，請先至青年海外和平志工團網站填具資料，並依規定列印相關表件函送本署辦理。預計於116年1月至2月間出隊者，請於115年11月30日前提出申請；116年6月至9月15日間出隊者，請於116年4月17日前提出申請。

Announcement: Application for the Youth Overseas Peace Volunteer Program
The Youth Overseas Peace Volunteer Program aims to encourage young individuals aged 18 to 35 in Taiwan to utilize their knowledge and skills in overseas volunteer services. This initiative seeks to broaden their perspectives, cultivate international awareness, and develop practical capabilities through meaningful engagement.
Key amendments to the program are outlined as follows:
1. **Clarification of Service Methods:** To ensure a clearer definition of digitalized services and the integration of digitalized services overseas, the service methods for each application category have been revised.
2. **Adjustment of Application Deadline:** In alignment with subsequent review processes and operational requirements, the deadline for applications for the summer service teams has been adjusted.
3. **Revisions Due to COVID-19 Policy Changes:** With the reduction of COVID-19 prevention measures starting from May 1, 2023, the explanation regarding disease-related protective expenses has been updated. Additionally, to accommodate the schedule for additional subsidies for project advisors, the criteria for counting participation records have been relaxed.
4. **Focus on Needs Analysis in Project Proposals:** To ensure that team project proposals are centered on the needs of the target beneficiaries and regions, the weightage of each section in the proposal has been established.
5. **Adjustments to Report Submission and Reimbursement:** Based on practical considerations, the forms for submitting outcome reports have been revised, and relevant reimbursement regulations have been added.
Applications and reimbursement procedures for the program are conducted both online and in written format. Please first complete the application on the Youth Overseas Peace Volunteer Program website and then print the required documents to submit to this office. For those planning to depart between January and February 2027, applications must be submitted by November 30, 2026. For those departing between June and September 15, 2027, applications must be submitted by April 17, 2027.
