依據：「職業安全衛生法」第 32 條及「職業安全衛生教育訓練規則」第 17 條、第 18 條規定辦理。
一、說明：
（一）依「職業安全衛生法」第 32 條第 1 項規定，雇主對勞工應施以從事工作與預防災變所必要之安全衛生教育及訓練；同條第 3 項規定，勞工對於前項安全衛生教育及訓練有接受之義務，違反者依同法第 46 條規定，處新臺幣 3,000 元以下罰鍰。
（二）依「職業安全衛生教育訓練規則」第 17 條規定，雇主對新僱勞工或在職勞工於變更工作前，應使其接受適於各該工作必要之一般安全衛生教育訓練；第 18 條規定，在職勞工應依工作性質接受安全衛生在職教育訓練。
二、參訓對象：
本校一般場所之新進教職員、教學研究助理（TA）、新進碩（博）新生、工讀生，或近 3 年內未完成一般安全衛生教育訓練或在職教育訓練時數之在職教職員工。
三、訓練時間及地點：
（一）時間：115 年 9 月 18 日（星期五）下午14 時至 17 時（共3 小時）。
（二）地點：建國校區智慧樓 3 樓第二會議室(A310)。
（三）名額：90 人（名額有限，報滿為止）。
四、課程大綱：
（一）職業安全衛生概論(含法規介紹)。
（二）職業安全衛生相關(含法規介紹)。
（三）校園常見災害案例及預防說明。
五、報名方式：
請登入校務資訊系統進行報名（活動編號：11500937）。
六、訓練時數認列：
本活動依「職業安全衛生教育訓練規則」第 17 條及第 18 條規定，認列教職員生職業安全衛生教育訓練時數 3 小時，並得登錄為在職人員職業安全衛生在職教育訓練時數。
七、經費來源：教育部高教深耕經費。
**Announcement: Occupational Safety and Health Training for Faculty, Staff, and Students**
**Basis:**
This training is conducted in accordance with Article 32 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and Articles 17 and 18 of the Occupational Safety and Health Training Regulations.

**I. Explanation:**
(1) According to the first paragraph of Article 32 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act, employers are required to provide employees with necessary safety and health education and training for their work and disaster prevention. The third paragraph of the same article stipulates that employees have an obligation to participate in such training. Failure to comply may result in a fine of up to NT$3,000 as per Article 46 of the Act.
(2) In accordance with Article 17 of the Occupational Safety and Health Training Regulations, employers must ensure that new employees or current employees who are about to change their job roles receive general safety and health training appropriate to their respective positions. Article 18 further requires current employees to receive on-the-job safety and health training according to the nature of their work.

**II. Participants:**
This training is open to the following individuals at our university:
- New faculty and staff members in general work areas.
- New teaching and research assistants (TAs).
- New master is and doctoral students.
- Part-time workers.
- Current faculty and staff members who have not completed the required general safety and health training or on-the-job training hours within the past three years.

**III. Training Schedule and Venue:**
(1) **Date and Time:** September 18, 2026 (Friday), from 14:00 to 17:00 (a total of 3 hours).
(2) **Venue:** Second Conference Room (Room A310), 3rd Floor, Wisdom Building, Jian Guo Campus.
(3) **Capacity:** 90 participants (limited seats; registration will be closed once full).

**VI. Training Hours Recognition:**
This activity complies with Articles 17 and 18 of the Occupational Safety and Health Training Regulations. Participants will be credited with 3 hours of occupational safety and health training, which may also be recorded as on-the-job training hours for staff members.
