創世社會福利基金將於花蓮市中心（鐵道 Duncan 集合）舉行，服務內容包括協助宣傳創世基金會 919 捐贈碼及街頭募集發票，參與者可於活動後申請服務時數證明。

The Buddhist Tzu Chi University Social Welfare Foundation will hold an event in the central district of Hualien City (gathering at the Duncan Railway Station).
