一、依據財團法人台新青少年基金會115年9月1日台基字第1150000112號函辦理。
二、本活動採取線上報名，115年9月1日0:00至10月31日24:00止； 報名網址：（https://www.taishinyouth.org.tw/2026apply/ ）。
三、旨揭獎項分為「個人服務」、「社團服務」2項類別，「個人服務」係指熱心參與服務之青少年志工菁英進行服務事蹟甄選，得獎人依獎項頒發獎章、數位獎狀，最高可獲得新台幣5 萬元獎金捐助給指定公益團體/機構；另「社團影響力獎」係指經學校立案成立之學生社團，推動青少年志願服務，有顯著成果者，得獎社團頒發獎座及獎金新台幣 2萬元。

I. This announcement is made in accordance with the letter No. 1150000112 dated September 1, 2026, from the Taishin Youth Foundation, a private foundation.
II. Registration for this activity will be conducted online, from 00:00 on September 1, 2026, to 24:00 on October 31, 2026. The registration website is: (https://www.taishinyouth.org.tw/2026apply/).
III. The award categories for this activity are divided into two: "Individual Service" and "Club Service." The "Individual Service" category is for outstanding youth volunteers who actively participate in service activities, and winners will be selected based on their service achievements. Winners will receive medals and digital certificates, with the highest prize being a donation of NT$50,000 to a designated charitable organization. The "Club Service Impact Award" category is for student clubs officially registered by the school that have made significant achievements in promoting youth volunteer services. Winning clubs will receive trophies and a prize of NT$20,000.
