一、本校為培育學生具備利他與公民素養，鼓勵師生積極參與/推動各項社會服務活動，賡續於即日起受理115-1學期『服務學習活動計畫』提案作業，計畫執行所需經費請併於提案內呈現，敬邀全校師生提案申請。
二、本期提案對象以校內各服務團隊辦理115-1學期各項服務活動計畫為主，計畫期程自即日起至115年12月30日止，相關辦法及表格請參閱附件資料。
三、本期以「部分補助」各案所需經費為原則，補助項目為保險費、交通費、講座鐘點費、指導費、物品費、印刷費等，併依每案計畫執行社會服務活動之業務費必要科目予以優先補助。
四、本項申請作業自即日起開放申請，最遲請於115/09/24(五)17:00前提出，提出步驟如下：
Step1：準備好「活動計畫書」、「合作協議書」完整版word檔
Step2：開始填寫表單-https://forms.gle/11bfq5cSbGfkzMMx9 (線上表單於9/15開放填寫)
Step3：於表單中填寫的電子郵件，收取完整「申請表」，並依循信件說明繳交核章之資料

**Announcement: Call for Proposals for the Service-Learning Activity Program, Academic Year 115-1**
**I. Purpose and Invitation for Proposals**
To cultivate students' altruistic spirit and civic literacy, and to encourage both faculty and students to actively participate in and promote various social service activities, the university will commence accepting proposals for the Service-Learning Activity Program for the Academic Year 115-1, starting from today. Proposals should include a detailed budget for the planned activities. We sincerely invite all faculty and students to submit their proposals.
**II. Eligibility and Timeline**
This round of proposals is primarily open to service teams within the university that intend to carry out social service activities during the Academic Year 115-1. The implementation period for the proposed activities will be from today until December 30, Academic Year 115. For detailed guidelines and application forms, please refer to the attached documents.
**III. Funding Principles**
The university will provide partial funding for each proposal based on the necessity of the activities. The eligible expenses for funding include insurance fees, transportation costs, lecture honorariums, guidance fees, material costs, and printing expenses. Priority will be given to proposals that demonstrate the necessity of these business expenses for the execution of their social service activities.
**IV. Application Process**
The application process for this program is now open. All applications must be submitted by 17:00 on Friday, September 24, Academic Year 115. The submission steps are as follows:
- **Step 1:** Prepare a complete Word document of the "Activity Proposal" and "Cooperation Agreement."

- **Step 3:** Use the email address provided in the form to receive the complete "Application Form," and follow the instructions in the email to submit the signed and stamped documents.
