申請資格：
1.政府機關認定之低收入戶、中低收入戶及教育部認定之「大專校院弱勢學生」
2.遭遇臨時或重大變故而無法負擔就學費用，經本會審核通過者。
3.研究所、五專1-3年級無法申請
請領規定：
1.採學年申請制，助學以一學年為期。
2.第一學年(新生入學)以政府證明或教育部家戶所得查核資料進行審查。
3.第二學年起，除上述資料外，助學生前一學年之學業總平均成績應達六十分以上，
德育(操行)成績達八十分以上者，予以核發。
助學項目：
1.助學項目：學雜費。
2.學雜費補助額度：以補足政府補助中、低收入戶及大專校院弱勢學生之差額為原則。
3.助學生因寒修、暑修、延畢等所發生之學雜費用及其他所延伸之各項費用不予補助。
＊申請之同學上學期仍需繳交學雜費，待弱勢助學審核結果出來後始能確認身分是否符合
符合資格者將於學期末前將補助金額退款至學生帳戶
下學期仍有資格者，下學期補助會先從學雜費繳費單內扣除

Eligibility
Students who are officially recognized by the government as members of low-income households or low- to middle-income households, or who are recognized by the Ministry of Education as Disadvantaged Students in Colleges and Universities.
Students who have experienced an unexpected or significant change in circumstances and are unable to afford their educational expenses, subject to approval by the Association.
Graduate students and students in Years 1–3 of the Five-Year Junior College program are not eligible to apply.
Application and Award Requirements
Applications are accepted on an academic-year basis, and financial assistance is provided for one academic year at a time.
For the first academic year (new students), eligibility will be reviewed based on government-issued certificates or household income verification data provided by the Ministry of Education.
From the second academic year onward, in addition to the above documentation, applicants must have achieved an overall academic average of at least 60 and a conduct grade of at least 80 in the preceding academic year to be eligible for the scholarship.
Financial Assistance
Covered expenses: Tuition and miscellaneous fees.
Amount of assistance: The subsidy is generally intended to cover the difference between the government subsidies provided to low-income, low- to middle-income, and disadvantaged college students and the student is actual tuition and miscellaneous fees.
Tuition and miscellaneous fees incurred due to winter/summer session courses, delayed graduation, or other extended enrollment, as well as any other related expenses, are not covered.
Important Notice:
Applicants are still required to pay their tuition and miscellaneous fees for the first semester. Eligibility cannot be confirmed until the review of the Disadvantaged Student Financial Assistance application has been completed.
Students who are determined to be eligible will receive a refund of the subsidy amount to their student account before the end of the semester.
Students who remain eligible in the following semester will have the subsidy deducted directly from the tuition and miscellaneous fee payment statement for that semester.

Required Documents
Complete the application through the Student Information System and print the application form.
Paper application form (including the required attachments).
Academic transcript for the 2025 academic year (AY 114).
Certificate of low-income or low- to middle-income household status, which must include the student is name.
