一、依據文化部115年8月27日文源字第1153022442號函辦理。
二、旨案計畫採競賽方式辦理，採線上報名方式申請，請於文化部獎補助系統（網址：https://grants.moc.gov.tw /Web/）查詢計畫名稱及報名，並填送相關文件資料，系統開放時間：115年9月1日至10月15日23時59分止。
三、為協助青年掌握計畫理念精神、注意事項與優化執行構想，將舉行一場徵件說明會及四場次培力工作坊。

Announcement
I. This notice is issued in accordance with the directive from the Ministry of Culture, dated August 27, 2026, under reference number Wen Yuan Zi No. 1153022442.
II. The program will be conducted through a competitive process, with applications accepted online. Please visit the Ministry of Culture Grant and Subsidy System (URL: https://grants.moc.gov.tw/Web/) to search for the program title and submit your application along with the required documents. The system will be open for submissions from September 1, 2026, at 00:00 to October 15, 2026, at 23:59.
III. To assist young applicants in understanding the program is objectives, guidelines, and optimizing their project proposals, a briefing session and four capacity-building workshops will be held.
IV. For detailed information regarding the briefing session and workshop registration, please refer to the official website of the Youth Village Cultural Action Program (URL: outhgo.moc.gov.tw/).
