財團法人私立高雄醫學大學附設中和紀念醫院 - 本醫院謹訂於115年9月16日(星期三)與115年9月23日(星期三)舉辦臨床試驗GCP系列線上課程(共2場次)，誠摯邀請貴院校有興趣人員踴躍報名參加，請查照。
說明：
一、課程公告及報名網址：「高雄醫學大學附設中和紀念醫院＞ 醫療服務 ＞ 整合性醫療中心 ＞ 臨床試驗中心 ＞GCP課程公告 ＞ 臨床試驗e化服務平台」 (https://www.kmuh.org.tw/WEB/CTEServices)，請於報名截止日前完成會員註冊、課程報名。
二、課程資訊：一律採線上報名，恕不受理現場報名，每場次限額400人。依課程時間，非本校院人員250元／時，本醫院／學校／體系內員工提供免費優惠。
三、證書核發：全程參加課程並於規定時間內完成簽到／簽退／滿意度調查，且課後測驗及格者，將核發「臨床試驗GCP訓練課程證明」電子證書（請至「臨床試驗e化服務平台」下載）。
Kaohsiung Medical University Chung-Ho Memorial Hospital – We are pleased to announce two online sessions of the Clinical Trial GCP (Good Clinical Practice) training course, scheduled for September 16 and September 23, 2025 (Wednesdays). We sincerely invite interested personnel from your institution to register and participate.
Details:
1. Course Announcement and Registration: Please visit the "Clinical Trial E-Service Platform" via the hospital website path: Kaohsiung Medical University Chung-Ho Memorial Hospital > Medical Services > Integrated Medical Center > Clinical Trial Center > GCP Course Announcements (https://www.kmuh.org.tw/WEB/CTEServices). Please complete member registration and course sign-up before the registration deadline.
2. Course Information: Registration is exclusively online; on-site registration is not accepted. Each session is limited to 400 participants. The fee is NT$250 per hour for non-affiliated personnel; the course is free for employees of the hospital, the university, and the affiliated system.
3. Certificate Issuance: Participants who attend the full course, complete the required sign-in/sign-out procedures and satisfaction survey, and pass the post-course assessment will be issued an electronic "Clinical Trial GCP Training Course Certificate" (available for download via the "Clinical Trial E-Service Platform"). |
