各位師長、同仁和同學您好：
為完善本校就學輔導機制，提升學生學習成效，特辦理「115-1五專讀書會」，藉由定期讀書討論，促進同學間的學習交流與成長。
本次讀書會將於115年10月19日至22日及10月27日至29日，每晚18:00至19:30，於建國校區第二會議室舉行。活動全程採簽到及簽退方式，於上述日期與會4次，經簽證通過後，方可符合完善就學輔導機制獎勵金申請資格。
參加規範如下：
1. 請依指定日期、時間、地點準時出席。
2. 活動全程須簽到及簽退，缺勤者將影響獎勵金申請資格。
活動時程：115年10月19日（一）至10月23日（四）、10月27日（一）至10月29日（三），每晚18:00至19:30。
活動地點：建國校區第二會議室。
報名方式：請已完成報名之學生依上述時程參加。
請同學務必準時出席，並全程參與，以利後續獎勵金申請作業。如有任何疑問，請洽教務處課指組(22741)。

**Notice Regarding the "115-1 Five-Year Vocational Program Study Group"**
Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,
To further enhance our student support mechanisms and improve learning outcomes, the Academic Affairs Office is organizing the "115-1 Five-Year Vocational Program Study Group." Through regular study discussions, this initiative aims to foster academic exchange and growth among students.
The study group will be held at the Second Conference Room of the Jianguo Campus from October 19 to October 22, 2026, and from October 27 to October 29, 2026, every evening from 18:00 to 19:30. Attendance will be tracked via sign-in and sign-out procedures. Students must attend four sessions within the specified dates and successfully complete the sign-in process to qualify for the Student Support Mechanism Reward.
**Participation Guidelines:**
1. Please attend promptly on the designated dates, times, and locations.
2. Full attendance, including sign-in and sign-out, is mandatory. Absences will affect eligibility for the reward.
**Schedule:** October 19 (Monday) to October 23 (Friday), 2026, and October 27 (Monday) to October 29 (Wednesday), 2026, from 18:00 to 19:30 each evening.
**Location:** Second Conference Room, Jianguo Campus.
**Registration:** Students who have already registered should attend according to the schedule above.
