活動目的：推廣日語教育，促進台灣與日本之間的文化交流。
參加資格：
四年制以上公私立大學/學院一至三年級學生、二年制技術學院一年級學生或五專四年級學生（應屆畢業生除外；延畢生若預計於2028年下學期畢業者可報名）。
不限科系，2001年8月1日（含）以後出生者，在2027年7月31日前不滿26歲。
具中華民國國籍且目前居住於台灣，本人及父母任一方均不以日語為母語。
高中迄今赴日次數不超過5次（含5次）。
在日本讀書或停留合計不超過6個月（183天，含183天）。
在日僑學校（台北、台中、高雄）就讀不超過6個月（183天，含183天）。
未曾獲得本比賽冠、亞軍，且未曾參加過「台灣大學生訪日研習團」。
方式與規定：題目與格式：題目自定（限未發表過的作品），演講時間為3分半至4分鐘。禁止使用 AI 工具（如 ChatGPT 等）撰寫演講稿（含中文與日文稿）。
採雙軌報名：須完成「線上檔案上傳」（PDF 演講稿親筆手稿掃描檔 + MP3/WAV 錄音檔）與「紙本資料郵寄」（紙本報名表 + 600字稿紙正楷親筆繕寫之日文演講稿）。
截止日期：2026年11月6日（以郵戳為憑）。
郵寄地址：105402 台北市松山區民生東路三段138號11樓 日本航空公司總務部（註明：日語演講比賽資料）。
審查與決賽日期：
初賽：進行資格審查並依線上演講稿與錄音檔評定，合格者另行通知。
決賽：2026年12月19日（星期六）上午9:00至12:30，地點於台北市內。
獎勵辦法：冠軍及亞軍可獲得「2027年第46屆台灣大學生訪日研習團」參加資格、獎盃（牌）、獎狀及獎品。
季軍可獲得獎狀及獎品，另設有特別獎與參加獎。
**Announcement: Japanese Language Speech Contest**
**Purpose of the Event:**
To promote Japanese language education and enhance cultural exchange between Taiwan and Japan.
**Eligibility:**
- Undergraduate students (first to third year) from public or private universities and colleges in Taiwan.
- First-year students from two-year technical colleges.
- Fourth-year students from five-year vocational colleges.
- *Note:* Recent graduates are not eligible. Students who expect to graduate in the second semester of 2028 may participate.
- Open to all majors.
- Born on or after August 1, 2001, and under the age of 26 as of July 31, 2027.
- Must be a citizen of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and currently residing in Taiwan.
- Neither the student nor either parent may have Japanese as their native language.
- The total number of trips to Japan since high school must not exceed five (including five trips).
- The cumulative duration of study or stay in Japan must not exceed six months (183 days, including 183 days).
- The duration of study at Japanese international schools in Taiwan (Taipei, Taichung, Kaohsiung) must not exceed six months (183 days, including 183 days).
- Participants must not have previously won first or second place in this contest, nor have participated in the "Taiwan University Student Japan Study Tour."
**Method and Regulations:**
- **Topic and Format:** Participants may choose their own topic (unpublished works only). The speech duration is limited to three and a half to four minutes.
- **Prohibition of AI Tools:** The use of AI tools (such as ChatGPT) is strictly prohibited in the preparation of both the Chinese and Japanese versions of the speech script.
- **Dual Registration Process:** Participants must complete both an "online file upload" (PDF scan of handwritten Japanese speech script + MP3/WAV audio recording) and a "paper submission by mail" (paper registration form + 600-word Japanese speech script, handwritten in block characters on lined paper).
- **Deadline:** November 6, 2026 (postmark date will be considered).

**Review and Final Competition Dates:**
- **Preliminary Round:** Qualification review and evaluation based on the online speech script and audio recording. Qualified participants will be notified separately.
- **Final Round:** December 19, 2026 (Saturday), from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM, to be held in Taipei City.
**Prizes:**
- **First and Second Place:** Winners will receive eligibility to participate in the "46th Taiwan University Student Japan Study Tour 2027," a trophy (or plaque), a certificate, and a prize.
- **Third Place:** Winners will receive a certificate and a prize.
- **Special Prizes and Participation Prizes:** Additional awards will be given. |
