一、依據環境部115年9月1日環部授化字第1158117846號函辦理。
二、環境部修正「危險化學物質（品）異常處置及運作貯（儲）存、應變管理參考指引」（115年8月），請各實驗室、危險化學物質（品）管理業務承辦人員及相關運作場所參照辦理。
三、本指引係提供危險化學物質（品）安全管理之輔助性管理規範，並非取代現行相關法令規定；各單位仍應依相關法規及校內安全衛生管理規定辦理。
四、為確保危險化學物質（品）之安全運作，請各單位落實危險化學物質（品）之貯（儲）存、異常處置及事故應變管理，並加強所轄實驗室及運作場所之安全管理與督導。
I. This announcement is made in accordance with the directive issued by the Environmental Protection Administration on September 1, 2026, under the reference number EPA-EnvChem-1158117846.
II. The Environmental Protection Administration has revised the "Guidelines for Abnormal Handling, Storage, and Emergency Management of Hazardous Chemicals (August 2026)." All laboratories, personnel responsible for hazardous chemical management, and relevant operational sites are requested to refer to and implement these guidelines accordingly.
III. These guidelines serve as supplementary management regulations for the safe handling of hazardous chemicals and are not intended to replace existing legal requirements. All units must continue to comply with relevant laws and regulations, as well as the university is internal safety and health management policies.
IV. To ensure the safe operation of hazardous chemicals, all units are required to strictly adhere to the storage, abnormal handling, and emergency management procedures outlined in these guidelines. Additionally, units should enhance the safety management and supervision of their respective laboratories and operational sites.
