一、依據花蓮縣政府115年9月7日府民兵議字第1150177939號函轉內政部115年9月4日內役字第1151161253號函辦理。
二、依憲法及兵役法規定，中華民國男子皆有服兵役之義務，並於19歲徵兵及齡前1年底至當年2月間需接受兵籍調查，以建立兵籍資料，內政部訂於115年10月7日上午10時至11月15日下午5時，針對97年次將屆徵兵及齡男子開放線上兵籍調查系統，請利用電腦、手機等裝置，由該部役政司網站首頁/主題單元/點選連結進入「兵籍調查線上申報」作業系統
（網址：https://dca.moi.gov.tw/ris），登錄個人資料，完成申報兵籍調查作業，避免役男或家屬往返公所造成不便。
三、另檢附97年次徵兵及齡男子兵籍調查線上申報宣導資料1份，請自行參考運用。

I. This announcement is made in accordance with the Hualien County Government's directive dated September 7, 115, under reference number 1150177939, which was forwarded from the Ministry of the Interior's directive dated September 4, 115, under reference number 1151161253.
II. In accordance with the Constitution and the Military Service Act, all male citizens of the Republic of China are required to fulfill their military service obligation. Prior to reaching the age of 19, males must undergo a military registration survey between one year before their enlistment age and February of the same year to establish their military records. The Ministry of the Interior has scheduled an online military registration survey system for males born in the year 97 who are approaching their enlistment age, from 10:00 AM on October 7, 115, to 5:00 PM on November 15, 115. Please use computers, mobile phones, or other devices to access the Online Military Registration Survey system through the Ministry of the Interior Military Affairs Bureau website homepage / thematic units / by clicking on the provided link (URL: https://dca.moi.gov.tw/ris). Log in with your personal information and complete the military registration survey to avoid the inconvenience of males or their families traveling to the local office.
III. Additionally, we have attached a set of promotional materials for the online military registration survey for males born in the year 97 who are approaching their enlistment age. Please refer to and utilize these materials as needed.
