　主　　旨　【校外徵才訊息】國立臺灣師範大學英語學系教育部委辦計畫兼職工讀人員Part-Time Student Workers for the Ministry of Education-Commissioned Projects of the Department of English, National Taiwan Normal University

　內　　容　

一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署委辦之「115學年度大學生學伴提升偏遠地區學生英語能力計畫」辦理。
二、招募類別及工作內容如下：
(一)客服工讀生：協助計畫遠距教學相關客服事務（無經驗可，提供完整教學）。主要包含熟悉遠距教學學伴手冊規定、傾聽並即時回覆學伴與學校疑問、釐清無法上課原因並引導簡易操作、記錄反饋意見，以及其他臨時交辦計畫相關事項。
(二)辦公室行政工讀生：協助各項行政事務。主要包含計畫文件與教學影片記錄校對、計畫經費簡易核銷報帳、環境維護、往返臺師大校本部送收公文信件、接聽電話並記錄聯絡合作學校與學伴，以及其他臨時交辦計畫相關事項。
三、工作時間與排班需求：
(一)客服工讀生：週一至週五上班日（國定假日不上班）下午4時至8時（每日4小時）。採排班制，每週至少排4小時（可配合越多時數者優先）。目前人力需求以週二、週三、週四為主。
(二)辦公室行政工讀生：週一至週五上班日（國定假日不上班），上午時段為8:30至12:30，下午時段為13:30至17:30。採排班制，每週至少排4小時（可配合越多時數者優先）。目前人力需求以週一、週三、週四、週五下午時段為主，可全部時段或部分時段配合者優先考慮。
四、應徵資格與工作待遇：
(一)應徵資格：教育部認可大專校院以上在學學生，認真負責、具服務熱忱。高中職夜校生亦可，若未滿18歲者需提供法定代理人同意書。外僑生需具備有效之居留證及工作證影本。
(二)工作待遇：依勞動部公告每小時基本工資支薪，含勞保及勞退。
(三)工作地點：本校英語學系英語遠距教學計畫辦公室（臺北市大同區西寧北路32號，臺北市立忠孝國中內）。
五、應徵方式：
(一)應徵人員請備妥履歷表（含姓名、就讀學校與年級、正面照片、相關工作經驗簡述、白天聯絡電話或手機號碼，並註明每週可排班時段）及學生證正反面影本，合併為單一PDF檔案。
(二)請於115年9月14日以前，以電子郵件寄送至聯絡人邱先生信箱（yulichiu@ntnu.edu.tw），信件主旨請註明「應徵臺師大英語系教育部遠距計畫兼職工讀生—○○○（姓名）」。
(三)本案採隨到隨審，通過書面審查者另行通知面試，不合格者恕不退件及另行通知。若徵得合適人選，將提前結束徵聘作業；若未獲合適人選或人力尚未補滿，將延長徵聘截止日。

I. This program is conducted in accordance with the “Academic Year 115 Program for University Student Mentors to Enhance the English Proficiency of Students in Remote Areas,” commissioned by the Department of National and Preschool Education of the Ministry of Education.
II. The recruitment categories and job responsibilities are as follows:
(1) Customer Service Part-time Student: Assist with customer service matters related to the program is distance learning (no experience required; comprehensive training will be provided). Primary responsibilities include familiarizing oneself with the regulations outlined in the distance learning peer tutor manual; listening to and promptly responding to inquiries from peer tutors and schools; clarifying reasons for missed classes and providing guidance on basic operations; recording feedback; and handling other ad hoc tasks related to the program as assigned.
(2) Office Administrative Part-Time Student: Assist with various administrative tasks. Primary responsibilities include transcribing and proofreading project documents and instructional videos; handling basic reimbursement and accounting for project funds; maintaining the work environment; delivering and receiving official documents and mail to and from the National Taiwan Normal University main campus; answering phone calls and recording communications with partner schools and learning partners; and other ad hoc tasks related to the project as assigned.
