13:58三校區對外學術網路連線恢復正常。

13:13目前三校區對外學術網路連線中斷，據東華區網中心回報，已請教育部的工程師緊急處理中，花蓮地區學校網路都受到影響，慈大三校區已緊急切換備援線路，三校區對校務系統連線不受影響，內部網路對外可正常連線，但外部網路無法連線校內。

As of 13:58, external academic network connectivity across the three campuses has been fully restored.

The academic network connectivity for all three campuses is currently experiencing an interruption. According to a report from the National Dong Hwa University Network Center, the Ministry of Education is engineers have been urgently dispatched to address the issue. Schools in the Hualien region are also affected by this disruption. In response, Tzu Chi University has immediately switched to backup lines for all three campuses. Connectivity to the university is administrative systems remains unaffected. Internal networks can connect to external resources normally, but external networks are unable to connect to internal resources.
