各位院長、系主任及一年級導師您好：
為促進一年級導師與慈誠懿德爸媽相互認識及交流，訂於9月2日（三）辦理「新生導師相見歡」活動，誠摯邀請各位撥冗參加。
一、活動日期：115年9月2日（三）
二、活動流程：
（一）新生導師相見歡
時間：17:20－17:30報到；17:30－19:20活動
地點：中央校區大愛樓3樓演藝廳
（二）知心相契
時間：19:20－20:00
地點：移動至各系9月3日與學生聚會所使用的教室（教室位置請參閱附件）
相見歡結束後，將由慈誠懿德爸媽陪同導師離開演藝廳，前往各系指定教室進行「知心相契」，交流並討論隔日與學生聚會的相關事宜。
整體活動預計於20:00前結束。

To provide an opportunity for first-year faculty mentors and Tzu Cheng/Yi Te Parent Mentors to meet and connect, the Freshman Faculty Mentor Meet-and-Greet will be held on Wednesday, September 2. You are cordially invited to attend.

Wednesday, September 2, 2026
2. Schedule and Venues
(1) Freshman Faculty Mentor Meet-and-Greet
Check-in: 5:20–5:30 p.m.
Event: 5:30–7:20 p.m.
Venue: Performing Arts Hall, 3rd Floor, Da Ai Building, Central Campus
(2) Heart-to-Heart Gathering
Time: 7:20–8:00 p.m.
Venue: The classrooms assigned for each department is September 3 student gathering. Please refer to the attachment for classroom locations.
After the Meet-and-Greet, the Tzu Cheng/Yi Te Parent Mentors will accompany the faculty mentors from the Performing Arts Hall to their assigned classrooms for the Heart-to-Heart Gathering. Participants will exchange ideas and discuss arrangements for the following day is gathering with students.
The entire program is expected to conclude by 8:00 p.m.
