一、旨揭計畫期望透過區域基地模式，健全跨校教師發展支持網路，提升教師教學研究能量和教學品質，建構跨校教師專業知能。
二、活動資訊：
(一)講座主題：從課堂到漁村：里海永續的課程實踐與教學研究。
(二)活動時間：115年9月4日（星期五）14:00-15:30。
(三)活動形式：線上講座，將使用Google Meet會議室，活動前一日寄發會議室連結。
(四)講者：蕭堯仁教授兼所長（國立臺灣海洋大學應用經濟研究所）。
(五)參加對象：全臺大專校院教職員。
(六)報名方式：即日起至115年9月1日止，請於連結https:／／forms.gle/VzUXiiECDRcv7VC2A登記；填送後收到表單副本即表示報名成功。
(七)招收人數：上限150名。
(八)研習證明：全程參與並完成簽到者，活動結束後核發電子式研習證明。

一、The aim of the aforementioned program is to establish a robust inter-institutional network for teacher development through a regional hub model, thereby enhancing the teaching and research capabilities of faculty members and improving overall instructional quality. This initiative seeks to foster professional knowledge and skills among teachers across different institutions.
二、Event Information:
(一) Lecture Topic: From Classroom to Fishing Village: Course Implementation and Teaching Research for Sustainable Coastal Communities.
(二) Event Date and Time: September 4, 2026 (Friday), 14:00-15:30.
(三) Event Format: Online lecture conducted via Google Meet. The meeting link will be sent to participants one day prior to the event.
(四) Speaker: Professor Yao-Ren Hsiao, Director of the Institute of Applied Economics, National Taiwan Ocean University.
(五) Participants: All faculty and staff members from higher education institutions across Taiwan.
(六) Registration Method: Registration is open from today until September 1, 2026. Please complete the registration form at the following link: https://forms.gle/VzUXiiECDRcv7VC2A. Successful registration will be confirmed upon receipt of a form submission copy.
(七) Capacity: Maximum of 150 participants.
(八) Certificate of Attendance: Electronic certificates will be issued to participants who attend the entire event and complete the sign-in process.
