各位教職員生您好：
為維護校園交通秩序及停車安全，並配合新學年度停車申請作業，115學年度教學區汽、機車停車場管制措施及管制桿開啟時間如下，請有停車需求之教職員生留意並依規定辦理：
一、機車停車管制：
1.115年9月2日（三）至9月18日（五），每日 06:00至23:00 開放，教職員生可自由進出。
2.115年9月19日（六）起，機車停車場實施全天候管制，僅限已申請機車停車資格者刷識別證進入。
3.住宿生如需將機車停放於教學區機車停車棚，亦須申請機車停車資格；未申請者不得進入停放。
『提醒：請教職員生務必隨身攜帶識別證，以利刷卡進出及加快通行速度。』
二、汽車停車管制：
1.已核發汽車停車通行證者，可憑通行證感應進入停車場。
2.尚未核發汽車停車通行證者，進入停車場前須經警勤人員查驗進校事由，並辦理換證後方可進入。
3. 建國校區第三汽車停車場採全天候管制，僅限已核發該區停車證者刷卡進入停放。
『提醒：上、下班尖峰時段車輛較多，請預留進出校園時間，以避免影響通行。』
三、停車申請提醒
1.請有停車需求之教職員生依規定完成停車申請及相關程序，並依核發之停車資格及指定區域停放車輛。
2.如尚未申請停車資格，請儘速至總務處事務組網站辦理申請，以免影響後續進出停車場。

To all faculty, staff, and students:
In order to maintain campus traffic order and parking safety, and to align with the new academic year's parking application procedures, the following parking regulations and gate operating hours for the teaching area of Tzu Chi University for the 115 academic year are hereby announced. Please take note and comply accordingly if you require parking facilities:
**I. Motorcycle Parking Regulations:**
1. From September 2 (Saturday) to September 18 (Monday), 2026, the motorcycle parking area will be open from 06:00 to 23:00 daily, allowing unrestricted access for faculty, staff, and students.
2. Starting from September 19 (Tuesday), 2026, the motorcycle parking area will be under full-time control. Only those who have applied for motorcycle parking privileges may enter by swiping their identification card.
3. Resident students wishing to park their motorcycles in the teaching area's motorcycle parking shelters must also apply for motorcycle parking privileges. Those who have not applied will not be permitted to enter and park.
**Reminder:** Please ensure that you carry your identification card at all times to facilitate card-swiping entry and exit, and to expedite your passage.
**II. Car Parking Regulations:**
1. Individuals who have been issued a car parking permit may enter the parking area by swiping their permit.
2. Those who have not yet received a car parking permit must have their reason for entering the campus verified by security personnel and complete the permit exchange process before being allowed entry.
3. The Third Car Parking Lot at the Jianguo Campus will be under full-time control. Only those who have been issued a permit for this specific area may enter and park by swiping their permit.
**Reminder:** During peak hours for commuting, there will be a higher volume of vehicles. Please allow sufficient time for entering and exiting the campus to avoid delays.
**III. Parking Application Reminder:**
1. Faculty, staff, and students who require parking should complete the parking application and related procedures in accordance with the regulations, and park their vehicles in the designated areas based on their issued parking privileges.
2. If you have not yet applied for parking privileges, please promptly submit your application via the Office of General Affairs; website to avoid any subsequent inconvenience when entering and exiting the parking areas.
