一、為協助青年掌握無人機前瞻技術並順利接軌產業，本校集結專業師資開設旨揭課程，內容涵蓋無人機基礎法規、組裝維修實務、飛行操作訓練、專業操作證考照輔導及就業媒合。
二、課程重要時程與培訓資訊如下：
(一)報名截止日期：即日起至115年9月7日止（招生名額限20名，額滿為止）。
(二)甄試日期：115年9月10日。
(三)錄取通知日期：115年9月11日。
(四)培訓期間：115年9月14日至115年11月12日（每週一至週五，總時數共253小時）。
(五)培訓地點：實踐大學高雄校區（高雄市內門區大學路200號）。
三、參訓對象與補助政策：
(一)參訓對象：15歲至29歲待業青年（高中職含以上學歷，參訓期間不得具勞工保險或就業保險身分）；非計畫身分者亦可採自費方式參加。
(二)訓練費補助：符合產業新尖兵計畫資格者，由勞動部補助大部份訓練費（學員自付額新臺幣10,000元，結訓後90日內依法投保就業即可申請領回自付額）。
(三)學習獎勵金：符合規定之計畫學員，培訓期間每月可領取勞動部核發之學習獎勵金新臺幣8,000元。
四、報名方式與課程網址：
(一)計畫生請先至「台灣就業通」網站註冊會員並完成職涯興趣探索測驗，再至「產業新尖兵計畫網」（https:／／elite.taiwanjobs.gov.tw/）申請報名；自費生請逕洽辦訓單位報名。

I. To help young people master cutting-edge drone technology and successfully transition into the industry, our school has assembled a team of professional instructors to offer this course. The curriculum covers basic drone regulations, practical assembly and maintenance, flight operation training, preparation for professional drone operator certification exams, and job placement assistance.
II. Key course dates and training information are as follows:
(1) Application Deadline: From now until September 7, 115 (enrollment is limited to 20 students; applications will close once capacity is reached).
(2) Selection Test Date: September 10, 115.
(3) Notification of Acceptance: September 11, 115.
(4) Training Period: September 14, 115, to November 12, 115 (Monday through Friday, for a total of 253 hours).
(5) Training Location: Shih Chien University Kaohsiung Campus (No. 200, Daxue Road, Neimen District, Kaohsiung City).
III. Target Participants and Subsidy Policy:
(1) Target Participants: Unemployed youth aged 15 to 29 (with a high school or vocational school diploma or higher; participants must not be enrolled in Labor Insurance or Employment Insurance during the training period); those not eligible for the program may also participate at their own expense.
(2) Training Fee Subsidy: For those eligible for the “New Industry Pioneers Program,” the Ministry of Labor will subsidize the majority of the training fees (trainees are responsible for a copayment of NT$10,000; this amount may be reimbursed upon applying for employment insurance within 90 days of program completion, in accordance with the law).
(3) Learning Incentive Allowance: Eligible program participants may receive a monthly learning incentive allowance of NT$8,000 issued by the Ministry of Labor during the training period.
IV. Registration Procedures and Course Website:
(1) Program participants must first register as members on the “Taiwan Employment Service” website and complete the career interest assessment, then apply for enrollment on the “Industry Elite Program” website (https://elite.taiwanjobs.gov.tw/); self-funded students should contact the training provider directly to register.
