教育部 - 「教育部人體研究倫理審查委員會不定期追蹤查核作業要點」第7點，業經本部於中華民國115年8月17日以臺教高（五）字第1152201674A號令修正發布，檢送發布令影本及行政規則修正規定各1份，請查照。
說明：
