115學年度第2學期遠距教學課程即日起開放申請!
一、需提出申請之課程類型
1. 課程授課時數達二分之一（含）以上以遠距教學方式進行者。
2. 學生修習之遠距課程學分數超過畢業總學分數三分之一者，須以一學年為單位申請並報教育部備查。

三、申請流程
1. 教師：備妥附件一至三，送交所屬系所/中心辦公室。
2. 系所：完成系級課程委員會審議後，彙整資料送交數位教學組，並提送院級課程委員會審查。
3. 數位教學組：提送數位教學推動審議委員會審查。
4. 教資中心：提送校級課程委員會審議。
5. 審查結果將以電子郵件通知。
四、重要提醒
依教育部規範及校內審議原則，遠距課程不受理事後追認，請務必於期限內完成申請程序。

Announcement: Application for Distance Learning Courses for the Second Semester of Academic Year 115 is Now Open
I. Types of Courses Requiring Application
1. Courses where at least half of the instructional hours are delivered via distance learning.
2. For students whose total credits earned through distance learning courses exceed one-third of the required graduation credits, applications must be submitted on an annual basis and reported to the Ministry of Education for record.
II. Required Application Documents
- Attachment 1: Application Form for Distance Learning Courses (paper copy)
- Attachment 2: Review Form for Distance Learning Courses (paper copy)
- Attachment 3: Teaching Plan for Distance Learning Courses (electronic file)
III. Application Process
1. Instructor: Prepare Attachments 1 through 3 and submit them to the respective department/center office.
2. Department: After the department-level curriculum committee completes its review, consolidate the documents and submit them to the Digital Teaching Unit, along with forwarding them for review by the faculty-level curriculum committee.
3. Digital Teaching Unit: Submit the materials to the Digital Teaching Promotion Review Committee for review.
4. Center for Teaching Resources: Forward the materials to the University-level Curriculum Committee for review.
5. The review results will be notified via email.
IV. Important Reminder
In accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and the university is review principles, distance learning courses will not be approved retroactively. Please ensure that you complete the application process within the specified deadline.

- Deadline for Submission: October 27, 2026 (Tuesday) at 17:30
