各位師長、同仁和同學您好：
為整合環境教育夥伴資源，鼓勵辦理環境教育相關活動，提供學校師生、民眾接受多元環境教育機會，並落實環境教育法各項規定，特辦理旨揭計畫。
本案徵件資訊簡要說明如下：
1. 徵件對象：政府機關（不含直轄市及縣市政府）、公私立大專校院、政府立案有關教育非營利性民間團體。
2. 申請期程：自115年10月1日（星期四）至115年10月30日（星期五）下午5時止，逾期不予受理。
3. 申請方式：本案採線上申請，請至指定連結上傳計畫申請表、實施計畫書、同意書、經費申請表、環境教育人員認證證書影本（大專校院須檢附）、立案證書或法人登記證書影本（民間團體須檢附）及公職人員及關係人身分關係揭露表等附件。

Dear Faculty Members, Staff, and Students,
To integrate environmental education partner resources, encourage the organization of environmental education-related activities, provide diverse opportunities for school teachers, students, and the public to receive environmental education, and implement the provisions of the Environmental Education Act, we are pleased to announce the implementation of the aforementioned program.
The key information regarding this call for proposals is summarized as follows:
1. **Eligible Applicants**: Government agencies (excluding municipal and county governments), public and private colleges and universities, and non-profit educational organizations registered with the government.
2. **Application Period**: From October 1, 2026 (Thursday) to October 30, 2026 (Friday) at 5:00 PM. Applications submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
3. **Application Method**: This program accepts online applications. Please upload the following documents to the designated link: the proposal application form, the implementation plan, the consent form, the budget application form, a copy of the environmental education personnel certification (required for colleges and universities), a copy of the registration certificate or legal entity registration certificate (required for non-profit organizations), and the declaration form of the relationship between public officials and their related parties.
